Very clean. Beds are soft. Not a problem just thought others would want to know if they need a more firm mattress. Very good communication with the host. Complex is quiet and relaxing. Very close to everything Universal. Would definitely use this place again.

The condo was advertised as brand new, however the furniture in the living room is dirty and stained. The showers all had mold forming around the shower doors and part of the kitchen flooring was ripped apart.The living room furniture is not comfortable and extremely hard.The pools are great and the kitchen was super nice and fully stocked. With some furniture cleaning this would be a perfect spot to return.

Pool was very nice. Loved the proximity to the pool and the stairs. We used them. Also, we liked the bin to put trash instead of having to walk to the other end of the building to put trash like in other condos.Property grounds was quite and well kept.

Overall, it was a good experience. When we arrived the gate code would not work but Ana got us a new code. Cell signal was not the best in the unit and had to step outside to make a phone call. Internet kept kicking us off and had to rejoin. Property was as listed. The condo is starting to show some wear and tear in the bathrooms and coach and chair in living rooms have some stains. Beds were comfy but pillows are very flat, so bring your own pillows. Overall, good experience.

The DJ at the pool and the activities made the stay extra special. The drinks at the pool bar were also outstanding. Rooms were super clean and washing machines worked great. All in all - great place to stay. We will use once again next time in Orlando.

Condo was just as advertised, clean, fully stocked, and close to all! We didn't get a chance to take advantage of the property amenities but the kids loved their stay.

Our family of 6 came down for a week of Universal Studios, and this was the perfect spot. These condos are about 5-7 mins from Epic, and just about 10-12 mins from the other Universal Studios parks. We loved that Publix grocery store was practically in our back yard, so it was super convenient. You could walk there, if you wanted. This also was awesome, when you need something quickly after coming home from an exhausting long day at the parks, being so close to the condo.The condo was clean and comfortable. We cook as much as we can, when we are there and able, so the kitchen accommodated most of our needs there. We utilized the pool and fitness center. They were both clean, and we enjoyed both.The owner was responsive, friendly, and easy to work with.The condo was affordable for the week, especially since we are already spending so much money at the parks.We would definitely come back to stay here.Thank you!
