House Rules
* Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Smoking is allowed only in
external areas, such as balconies and the pool area. A $250 fine
will be applied for smoking indoors.
* Parties are not allowed.
* Pets are not permitted.
* The house is self-catering. Initial supplies are provided, but
guests should secure their personal toiletries and meals.
* Online purchases are only delivered by select carriers; USPS does
not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses.
* Towels, including wash towels, are considered personal items;
guests are encouraged to bring their own. Other types of towels are
provided based on guest numbers.
Use of Amenities
* The property features a private pool and spa. Note that the spa is
not a jacuzzi with jets, and pool heating must be requested 48
hours in advance.
* Pool heaters may not function efficiently in cold weather, and no
refunds will be offered if the desired temperature is not reached.
* Guests are responsible for daily trash disposal and adhering to
trash collection days.
