The Space:

Experience a memorable stay in this modern, well-maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse—perfect for families or groups visiting Disney Parks. Unwind in the open-concept living area featuring stylish décor, a smart TV, and a comfortable sofa bed.

The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area make it easy to enjoy meals together.

The downstairs master suite features a plush king bed, a private bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet. Upstairs, you’ll find two additional bedrooms: one with a full bed and twin bed, TVs and a closet, and another with two twin beds and a closet. These bedrooms share a second full bathroom for added convenience.

Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking, fresh linens, bath and pool towels, and an in-unit washer/dryer. A welcome kit with essentials (detergent, sponge, paper towels, garbage bags, toiletries) is provided for your arrival—please note, refills are not included during your stay.

For your safety, a Ring camera is installed at the front door.

A one-time $20 resort fee applies per reservation.

Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

HOUSE RULES:

-Minimum booking age: Primary guest must be 25+ and may be asked to show ID.

-No smoking: Smoking/vaping is not permitted inside or outside. $500 fine will be charged to the deposit if violated.

-No parties or events. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

-Quiet hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

-No food in bedrooms to help prevent pests and stains.

-No pets allowed.

-Plumbing: Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes (even “flushable”), feminine products, or paper towels. Any blockage or damage will be charged to the guest.

Storm & Hurricane Policy



Refunds are only issued if state or local authorities declare a mandatory evacuation for this area. In such cases, unused rental nights will be reimbursed for current and upcoming guests. No refunds will be given otherwise.
