Dekorerat i en shabby chic stil med unik, unik känsla som du inte hittar någon annanstans, detta hem kommer att vara det perfekta stället att koppla av efter en hektisk dag. Ta ett dopp i poolen eller promenera i det lugna området. Vår bekväma villa har 3 sovrum och 2 fulla bad. Varje sovrum är utrustat med en platt-TV. Drottning sängar i master och 1 sovrum är mycket bekväma, och det tredje sovrummet har 2 enkelsängar för de små. Höghastighets WiFi finns tillgängligt i hela. Befälhavaren på sviten erbjuder en walkout till den slutna poolen. En poolvärmare finns tillgänglig mot en extra avgift. En bäddsoffa i drottningstorlek ger plats för totalt 8 personer. Köket är fullt lager och redo för din speciella flare! Lake Berkley Resort är ett gated community med 24-timmars live säkerhet. Inom Lake Berkley har du tillgång till ett vackert klubbhus, viktrum, gemensam pool, lager fiskesjö, volleyboll och basketplaner.

Wonderful home!

We loved our stay in this cute home. It was just what my family and I were looking for. Pool was great, beds were comfortable and a/c worked great. The location is the absolute best!!!

Beautiful neighborhood

This was a great place to stay, the neighborhood is quiet even though it's just a half mile from the busy commercial district on 192. Beth was great--easy to communicate with and very attentive. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

We really enjoyed our time in Florida. The house was great. It was in a gated community and quite time was 9 to 9, which was really nice. Also close to Walmart.

Excellent

House was simple and clean - it had everything we needed. The host was excellent in answering questions and was very helpful. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area. The home had everything needed to enjoy a relaxing and warm holiday away.

Wonderful stay!

Very cute property just as the pictures show and is located in a nice, quiet, gated community. The home was perfect for our short stay and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed using the pool as well. Beth is very quick to respond and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Orlando!

Great Home!

This home located in the perfect location. Only a very short drive to Disney, restaurants & stores. The property owner was readily available when we had difficulty entering the property on our first night. Highly recommend & will most definitely book again, in the warmer months so we can enjoy the pool!

Girls Trip

The home is comfortable and clean. It is located in a gated community and centrally located to everything. There are 2 Walmarts within a few miles and it’s only 20 mins from the parks. This is our 2nd stay at this property and we plan to stay here in the future.

Nice house!

Very nice, clean house. Quiet neighborhood. An update on the bathrooms would make it better. We enjoyed the pool and would book again. Walmart was very close so that was very convenient for all our needs.

Great vacation nice community

We enjoyed our stay. Some highlights were -the nice home away from home. -easy access to Walmart grocery delivery -cute gated community scenic, walkable with a nice pond and outdoor amenities. we loved visiting “bird island” daily -some beach blankets and umbrellas in the garage for our beach day. -close to Orlando amusement parks. -very peaceful and relaxing stay. Thank you!

Quick Orlando Trip

This condo was perfect for myself and 2 of my family members visiting the area. The gated community is nice and quiet. There is a nice lake with a little sandy area, playground and a path that I rode one of the supplied bikes around. Stores nearby for all needs. The house was great. Pool was refreshing. Would definitely book again next time I'm in the area.

Only hiccup was we ran out of propane on day 2 for the grill. I emailed the contact but never heard from them nor did we get a new tank. Just a little inconvenience as we planned to use it.

Nice stay

I would give it a 8 out of 10. Nice location and property but two of the rooms the cable boxes were out and it was impossible getting ahold of the rental company. I also called the rental company prior to staying and asked them to call me and they never did. The place was really nice though.

Safe and relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. Really close to a Walmart which was nice as I did pickup and that was perfect! There were 2 bikes in garage but couldn’t ride them because the pump in the garage only had fitting for pool toys and it also leaked and was easier just to blow them up. We didn’t mind the 30 min drive to universal. The pool was awesome. Just may need some screen repair in a couple spots. Gated community made us feel very safe!
