Cozy Family Condo 2 miles from Disney! 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath / Sleeps 10-12

Our cozy family-friendly condo is in the peaceful gated community of Oakwater Resort which is located just 2 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World, 16 miles from Universal Studios and close to many great restaurants and shops, including a Walmart within walking distance.

Our one-story ground floor unit has a stroller/wheelchair friendly ramp up to the front door which includes key-less entry for your convenience. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests (12 guests, if you're traveling with 4 or more kids).

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a quick breakfast before heading to the local theme parks or a leisurely dinner after an afternoon at the pool including a full-size fridge and dishwasher. We've even included spices, sugar and coffee pods! We’ve got the whole family covered with kid-friendly dishes and utensils and a dining room area that seats up to 10 people.

The unit includes a large capacity washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.
The condo is equipped with high-speed WiFi to keep you connected even when you’re on vacation. And with Smart TVs in both the Living Room and the Master Bedroom, you can tune in to the local cable channels or watch Disney+, Neflix, Hulu, etc.

For less techy entertainment, we’ve also provided board games for some family fun, and the screened-in patio offers a quiet space to enjoy your morning coffee.

Parking notes: Please register your vehicle at the clubhouse to obtain a parking pass. The one-car garage is very small and will only accommodate a compact car. The driveway can also fit one car. There are multiple parking spots just around the corner from the unit.

We were 2 families staying here while visiting WDW - location to the parks was great. Location to the Walmart made getting groceries and necessities super easy. Only suggestion for improvement is to fix the light/fan in the room with the double-bed bunk beds. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Spacious and clean condo in quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the biggest Walmart we’ve ever seen! No problems getting to Disney or Universal in the mornings. Evenings were heavy traffic, but appeared that was everywhere.

This was the perfect property for my family. The owners were so sweet responsive and a blessing. We drove 15 hours to stay in Florida and out original stay got cancelled 2 hours before checking in. They let us check in early! They had everything ready for us! The space was perfect for us! The club house was nice. My kids loved it. I would stay again if I come back!

Disney World Trip

The unit is in a good location if you are coming to Disney World. The place is clean and the kids love the pool! Note that shampoo is not provided, but a Walmart is within walking distance from the place.

Great stay!!

Nice, clean condo with a very short walk to clubhouse (w/ pingpong, pool table and gym area) hottub, heated pool, splashpad and playground. Short walking distance to huge Walmart for all your shopping needs. Condo has plenty of dishes, towels and beach towels for everyone. Quiet place with lots to do. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Great place, good price.

It's well worth it if you're staying for more than a week. This property has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Also, the property manager, Andrea was great. She kept constant communication with us and made sure we had everything we need. Even during the booking process she took good care of us. If you're doing Disney, this is as close as you can get and have a comfortable, affordable, and nearby place. Sea World is further up the road, and it's just a matter of timing your trip. You can't escape Kissimmee traffic no matter where you're at or where you're going. Having a Walmart right across the street makes things very easy.

Beautiful condo close to Disney

This is a very nice condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked- I especially appreciated all the kid friendly plastic plates and bowls. The community pool and hot tub were beautiful! They even have a splash pad and a playground! There was room for 1 car right outside the garage door. We were able to park 3 additional cars right around the corner from the unit with no problems. I loved how this was a first floor unit with a handicap ramp to access the unit. Very helpful with unloading and bringing strollers in. All the furniture was very nice and also very kid friendly. Andrea replied very quickly with any questions that we had. It took less than 15 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom and Epcot. It’s super close to Super Walmart if we needed anything. We had 4 adults and 4 kids ages 3-7 and we all had plenty of room. The community is very nice and peaceful. The water pressure and hot water were very good. She even provided power strips on the side tables of the master bedroom-very nice touch. The main areas are tile and the bedrooms are carpeted. The carpet seemed very new. The ice maker in the full size fridge worked. It even had a dishwasher and washer and dryer! I’ll definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

Beautiful beautiful condo very comfy cozy perfect location only downfall was no tv in bedroom which sucks a lazy day in bed bench watching movies and shows would’ve been great but I’m telling that didn’t stop my husband and I from enjoying home away from the kids lol
