The houses were beautiful and as listed. However, there were some things that were broke in the home. I rented two homes side by side. In both homes there were amenties and appliances that were broken or did not work effectively. The representative were very attentive, however so things were not addressed before we checked out.

This house looks exactly like the pictures. It had a lot of activities to do inside the home. (Play arcade games, pool table, air hockey, swimming). Some negatives, hair clogged in upstair king room sink, we had to unclog it. A body butter cream container left on window seal that was not ours. Parking is very limited, only 2 cars in drive way allowed, some parking on street, but limited and it’s first come first serve. No small trailers allowed that you can hook up to the back of your vehicle even if it will fit in the drive way without hanging in the street. This put a damper in our trip in the beginning because I got a call saying it would be towed. Thankfully we were able to talk to the resort and they stated it would not be towed. If I was to stay here again and we brought a small trailer, we would have to store it in a storage place until we would have to leave because I would not want to take no chances of the trailer being towed. Some other smaller things, you only get 3 dishwasher pods, 3 detergent soap packages to wash clothes, no stoppers for the sinks or tubs( could not give child a bath, had to shower), 3 paper towel and 3 trash bags.You have to buy your own items it you need more.There’s was hair on bathroom floor and in shower, stains on the couch.Lastly, the room with the nutcracker theme kids twin bunk, the top bunk did not have a comforter. Overall the house fit our needs with the amount of people we had(15 plus 2 infants).Everyone had their own room&bathroom

This beautiful home was really something special. The kids had a blast in the themed rooms and the swimming pool was perfect, providing plenty of room for all to enjoy. The pictures do not capture how amazing it truly is. Plus, everyone absolutely loved the game room/theater!

We had a fantastic stay in Orlando thanks to this beautiful home. It was in an idyllic & tranquil neighborhood, yet conveniently close to all the local attractions we wanted to explore. This lovely house was well-equipped - from the entryway to the outdoor patio and pool space – perfect for entertaining or just simply unwinding.

My family & I get together for a week every year & this was the first year we had a problem. We had to clean the home, from top to bottom. The bed linens hadn't been changed, there was food crumbs in one bed, there was a urination stain on another bed. The showers hadn't been cleaned, there were socks under the matress in the train room. This house was not presentable and we had a hard time just getting basic needs for the home...clean linen & a broom. We had to go out and purchased those things.

Super huge house and very very clean! My family had a great time here. Kids loved the games and pool. They also had a ton of fun at the resort clubhouse (especially the lazy river lol). This house was a blessing to book since we all need a break from everything. I will definitely return next summer when the kids are out of school or remote learning or whatever we're all doing by that time lol!!!

The was an absolutely gorgeous home! It had everything we needed and more! Getting a chance to hang out at the Solterra resort clubhouse was an added bonus. I definitely suggest booking this home if you're looking for a lot of space for a big group!

We booked this home simply so that my husband and his buddies can play basketball in the arcade room and stay out of my hair! The rest of the amenities that the home offered were just as wonderful. The house was very clean when we arrived and after testing the hot tub, we decided to add the pool and spa heat. Totally worth it!

I'm not the one to write bad reviews or any in that matter but please be advised. If you stay in this community, something is bound to be broken when you stay. It has been a horrible experience to stay here. To elaborate more... we came in Sunday, as a shock to everyone on their first sight of some place new, it was beautiful and a gated community so you felt safe! Well... let's start off by saying the a/c didnt work upstairs to 7 of the bedrooms (2 down stairs) so our 9 kids had to sleep in 85 degrees (3 nights) which of course is horrible and finally we got someone on the phone again (4th time calling and getting a run around of someone is going to call back) they decided to move us. Well cool okay. So with 9 kids now plus our guest 3 kids and all of our stuff and groceries we had to spend 4hrs moving everyone! Well we did it. But let me say not only did the a/c not work, the dish washer didn't either, the maids i guess sprayed bleached outside near the tables and didn't wipe it off and we didn't find that out until my forth pair of leggings were bleached and my sons shorts (we found the source) and not to mention gnats flying around in the kitchen and into everything but thats over now, on to the next villa!!! A/c worked great we were happy BUT gnats all dead inside of bowls on the dining table, ice maker didn't work and dryer didn't work (we got someone to fix the dryer the next day after calling again) but besides the small things we were just over it and expected it now... but gated community. Thats a laugh! Even if you dont have a pass, they will still open the gates! I know because my guest didn't have a scanner so they pretended to scan it so the guard just opens the gates! Okay.. well new villa now and you are talking about cars parked everywhere and music so loud from neighbors until 3 am. And the park does nothing!! Needless to say if you are taking the kids to Disney and want family nice trip with no issues dont book here, you will thank me later! Overall Disney was amazing!

We had a wonderful time and the house was large enough to allow the entire family to have a great time. We were disappointed with the game room with several broken games and in the kids room the play stations did not work. We had slow internet and several other small issues that the owner needs to visit the property and see. Bathroom sinks did not work correctly and TVs were issues due to slow internet. Beside the small issues above, we made the best of it and had a great time.

Everything was amazing! Clean, large rooms, private bathrooms, loved the hot tub, and non-stop Disney marathons in the movie theatre kept the kids very entertained! The house is top-notch. You won't regret renting it!!

Rented homes from VRBO for about 11 years now, I think this home by far is my fave but the linens were soiled when we got here. Beds were made and looked beautiful but when we pulled them back to turn in, we quickly found out the cleaning crew hadn’t changed them from the last renters! Barf!! We arrived super late but staff came out to change them within a few hours. Again, the home is beautiful and fully loaded, in fact, because we brought our groceries with us, we never left the property! More than enough room and something for everyone to do! Our group went from age 3 to 73 and fun was had by all!!
