The Space:

Four bedrooms, three baths, a private hot tub, and a resort full of summer fun — this Kissimmee townhome at Regal Oaks Resort is built for families who want it all, without the hassle. Theme parks are close, the pool is even closer, and every room inside has been set up with your group in mind.

 

Living space

Downstairs, the open-concept layout keeps everyone connected. The fully equipped kitchen flows into a dining area and a spacious living room — a natural gathering spot after a long day at the parks. The living room comes stocked with board games and a Nintendo Switch console, so the fun doesn't stop when you get home. Step through to your screened-in patio, where a private hot tub and outdoor seating give you the perfect place to unwind under the Florida sky.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The ground floor features a pirate-themed bedroom with a double bed and TV — a hit with younger guests. Upstairs, the master suite offers a king-size bed, TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. A second upstairs bedroom is styled with Stitch-themed décor and a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom brings the Disney magic full circle with twin beds dressed in a classic Mickey Mouse theme. With four distinct bedrooms and five beds total, the home comfortably fits up to eight guests.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully stocked kitchen has everything your group needs to cook in — refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper are all provided. A dining table rounds out the space for shared meals before or after your park days.

 

Bathrooms

Three bathrooms across the home mean no morning bottlenecks. Each is equipped with hot water, and the home provides shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. A bathtub, hair dryer, and ample towels and linens are all included.

 

Resort amenities

As a guest at Regal Oaks Resort, your group has full access to the resort's shared amenities — including a lakefront pool with dueling water slides, a fitness center, and tennis courts. The lakefront clubhouse rounds out a setup that keeps everyone entertained without ever leaving the property.

 

Location

Regal Oaks Resort sits in the heart of Kissimmee, with Old Town just 0.4 miles away (about a 2-minute drive). Walt Disney World is roughly 10 miles out - approximately 20 minutes by car. Disney Springs is about 12 miles away (20 minutes), Universal Studios is around 24 miles (30 minutes), and SeaWorld is approximately 20 miles (25 minutes). Orlando International Airport is about 30 miles away - around a 35-minute drive.

 

Before you arrive

Check-in is available from 4 PM; checkout is by 10 AM. The home uses a smart lock for self check-in. A starter supply of essentials is provided - including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and kitchen towels. For longer stays, you may need to restock. Free parking is available on the premises and on the street.



IMPORTANT NOTE: Front desk charges a $10 refundable fee for an amenities key. The fee is refunded after you return the key to the front desk.
