**The Home**

This spacious two-story townhome comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests and is thoughtfully designed for families and groups. The home features four comfortable bedrooms spread across both floors, offering a balance of privacy and convenience. Two bedrooms include king-size beds and private en-suite bathrooms. Another bedroom features a fun bunk bed setup with queen mattresses and a pull-out twin bed, making it ideal for children or additional guests. One bedroom is conveniently located on the main level, while the remaining rooms are upstairs. Fresh linens and bedding are provided for every stay.

**Important Information About Your Stay**



We take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. The home is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized between every reservation, and our housekeeping team follows rigorous standards to ensure a high-quality guest experience.



**Damage Protection**

To help protect both guests and the property, all reservations require a damage protection option prior to arrival through our secure third-party provider:



* **1-night stays:** A $250 refundable security deposit is required. This is a temporary authorization hold, not an actual charge, and will be released after checkout once the property has been inspected and no damages are found.

* **Stays of 2 nights or longer:** Guests may choose between the refundable $250 security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night, capped at $100. The waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



**Check-Out Policy**

Check-out time is **10:00 AM**. Our cleaning team is scheduled to begin preparing the home immediately after departure to ensure it is ready for incoming guests. Late departures may impact housekeeping operations and future reservations. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges of up to **$300**.



**Starter Supplies**

As a self-catering vacation home, we provide a starter set of essentials, but supplies are not replenished during your stay. Upon arrival, guests will find:



* Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom

* Laundry detergent pods for up to two loads of laundry

* Paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and a kitchen sponge

* Coffee maker (coffee not included)

* Salt, pepper, and cooking oil for basic meal preparation
