Luxurious 3 BR/3 BA Townhome - 3 Miles to Disney - Sunshine Paradise at Windsor Hills

SUNSHINE PARADISE AT WINDSOR HILLS.

This beautiful recently remodeled townhome features comfort like you've never experienced before. In this 3-Bedroom home, each bedroom has it’s own connecting bath and you will be spoiled with 4 large Samsung Smart TVs. Each TV has BOTH an Xbox One AND PS4 with pre-loaded games on each! Not only will you be able to play multiple games and watch your favorite cable TV shows but you also will have the option to watch the hundreds of preloaded movies, watch Blue-Rays, or login to your own personal accounts on Amazon, Netflix and more. Free Wifi!!! There are also lots of board and card games and children books.

The new kitchen and dining area features a U-shaped kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The open concept home is ideal for families of up to six people or a small group of friends.

Never have laundry worries as this home features a standard size front loading HE washer and dryer.

The home features it’s own screened-in lanai with a heated splash pool. Our home is a short walk to the large Olympic-sized community lagoon pool and waterslide at the clubhouse.

3 Bedroom House: 3 Bathrooms, (Sleeps 6) Each bedroom has it’s own en suite.
Important Note - Due to the setup and furnishings of the bedrooms, a MAXIMUM of 6 is allowed.

Bedrooms: 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds (bunk bed with pull out trundle)

Bathrooms: 3 en suite with one connecting to the main hall downstairs.
Resort Amenities: gated community with 24-Hour manned security, large heated double-Olympic-sized community lagoon pool with fountains and spa, two-story spiral water slide, clubhouse, pool tables, playgrounds, lighted tennis courts, on-site DVD rentals, ATM, lighted basketball courts, putting green, beach volleyball court, table tennis, game arcade, professional fitness center, on-site 48 seat movie theater, fully stocked sundry shop that also serves hot food and drinks

We don’t allow pets or smoking. No Visitors are allowed. Your reservation must reflect the actual number of people staying and coming into the home. We do not offer early arrival or late departure.For you safety and ours, there are exterior sound security cameras around the resort and at the home. Our home is located in a vacation community neighborhood. There is the potential for noise at different times of the day. There is potential for projects that could take place within the community or the surrounding area. This could be, but not limited to, landscaping, pool maintenance, home remodels, road construction or other project types not listed. If our home is directly going to be undergoing any type of project, we will update our guests.

After placing your reservation, you will be sent a contact form via a link. You must compete the link within 48 hours. You will be required to submit the names and ages of everyone staying at the home. A valid government issued drivers license from the person placing the reservation will need to be uploaded on the contract link. Vehicle information will need to be provided on the form link. A security deposit hold is required and will be released within 14 days after departure. If the agreement form is not completed correctly within 48 hours after you make the reservation, the reservation may be canceled. If the reservation is canceled because the agreement form is not completed correctly, or if the house rules are not followed prior or during the reservation, No refund will be issued. If the person who places the reservation is different than the person who pays for the reservation, the credit card holder must be a part of the reservation and stay throughout the entire reservation timeframe.

Rates are only guaranteed when payment is made in full and no alterations are made. Security Cameras are located on the exterior of the home. They collect and send video, sound and images. They are used during the remote arrival and departure.

Great Townhome Near Disney Parks

Overall the property was just as listed and very comfortable. Clean, natural light and with great private pool and nearby resort pool. Community was quiet and chill. We really enjoyed our stay. Family loved resort water slides!We read in advance about what is provided (starter paper towels and etc.) and what is not (no grocery items like olive oil), so we were prepared. Video gaming systems were challenging to use, but that is anywhere. Traffic in the area can be bad, but again that is anywhere near theme parks.Special note that the property owners were very responsive, even to minor questions and issues. This was reassuring as travel can be stressful.

Parked our car and played!

This property was exactly as shown. My husband and I stayed with our 15 month old grandson for 3 days. Condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Residents were friendly. Best of all the water park and pool were close by. There was also a playground available by a short stroll. We ended everyday in the splash pool as a great way to unwind.Would highly recommend this property. Marion Pirolozzi

Great Property Close to Disney

This property was exactly as listed. Our few communications with the owner were responded to very quickly. The property is about 15 minutes to the Disney parks, and just far enough away for us to get relief from those crowds. Also, the community where the house is located has a great pool, with slides, hot tub, and a number of activities in the clubhouse. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay offsite and visit Orlando attractions.

Nicely Decorated but in need of a deep clean.

The unit was very nicely decorated and you could tell that it had had a basic cleaning recently. However, there is mildew growing around the vents, specifically upstairs, that caused my wife to be less than comfortable.

Pleasant stay

We stayed here for our Disney trip and it was perfect. We used the pool area on our check in day and it was nice. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and it was nice for my kids to have their own space. There is a Walmart up the road for necessities which is very convenient. Getting in and out of the resort was easy. The only downside is there is construction of new buildings by the road and all of the noise can be heard from master bedroom. Unfortunately, the workers started pretty early. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay here and would come back again.

Fabulous home base

Best experience in communication with the owners. Instruction and expectations were clear. Excellent location as a home base to all the attractions. Love the private pool on days that you just want to get away from the crowds. Having the PlayStations and tvs in every room was such a treat. The kitchen has high quality stainless steel pots and pans which is fabulous when other rentals tend to have crappy peeling teflon pans. I really appreciated that they provided good beach towels. I appreciate that they had a picture of where things go in which drawers.” — so it makes everything easy to find and place back. A few notes for future renters: 1. Bring your salt and pepper there is nothing at the property which is unusual for the other VRBO properties that I have stayed. 2. Tuck a few 13gallon garbage bags for daily trash pick up. They provide 2 bags. Saves you from buying a box at Walmart. 3. Bring dish sponge — they don’t provide sponges. They only had longer dish cloths. Overall fabulous rental experience. The owner were professionals — will oiled business.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The amount of instructions made us feel pretty micro managed when it came to our vacation. These people spent money to put an xbox and Playstation in 4 rooms with big screens, but were paranoid about giving us too much kitchen soap. Prioritizing was off. Owners were not helpful and somewhat condescending when we had some issues. Overall liked the private splash pool and amenities. Pros: private pool, full kitchen, laundry in condo, clean Cons: passive aggressive "instructions" for the place, no curtains in the rooms, not even salt and pepper stocked in kitchen

Our Forever Orlando Home

We absolutely loved our stay. Family of 5 traveling for cheer. We spent so much time at the resort and loved all the amenities. The house had plenty of room, was perfectly designed, and super clean. Interacted several times with the owners (my own fault) and they were super accommodating and helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!!

Home Away From Home

We are family of 4 with 2 teens, the pictures on the site are showing exactly how the place looked when we arrived. The check in process was easy and fast. This is our first time away for Christmas, we have to say we really enjoyed our time at the house/resort. The pool in the back is bigger than the picture. We enjoyed our morning and evening swim there, the pool is heated. Nice furnishings and love the colour scheme. It is close to a lot of amenities. It truly feels like home away from home. Fun For All!

My kids (16 and 12) loved the gaming in every room and splash pool. It was clean, comfortable and easy to go to the parks. Plus, with Walmart right there, so convenient to get snacks. Very quiet neighborhood. The hosts are so friendly. We will be back!

Great Resort

We had a great time at Windsor Hills. The house was listed accurately. The rooms were adorably decorated. My kids enjoyed the gaming systems (bring your own games). The pool was very refreshing. It’s located a short walk to the community center which was nice. Water slides were fun and it was never too crowded. There was a bit of construction behind the house so the Master bedroom was effected. Also the room doesn’t have curtains (just blinds) so it gets real bright in the morning if you’re a light sleeper. The check-out rules are lengthy but not a problem if you keep things clean anyway (trash, sweep, load dishwasher, etc). It was a very friendly resort and my kids made several friends. Will definitely stay again.

Great stay in Orlando!

This condo was the perfect accommodations for our family while we were in Orlando for a volleyball tournament. Close proximity to the Convention Center (about 25 mins), as well as other local attractions. Because we did not plan on going to any parks, we took advantage of the on site amenities. The resort pool was great for family fun, and the small patio pool was wonderful for evening swims after a long day of volleyball. The condo is nicely appointed with themed decor, and each room is equipped with comfy beds and very nice bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with all utensils needed, too! Melissa & Anne were super responsive to our various questions and were fantastic hosts!

Great for a Family Vacation

Our family stayed here for one week while visiting Disney World, Discovery Cove & Universal Studios. We loved how close Windsor Hills is to everything. It was great for our family, which includes two teenagers who loved the community pools and game room. We also loved having so much space in a beautiful home with such attention to detail-you have everything you need! We enjoyed our week. Melissa and Anne were great hosts!

Felt Like Home

This is hands down one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed in. Very clean, and had all the amenities of home. Truly felt like a home away from home. Great location close to Disney. Very safe neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. My son loved the Star Wars themed bedroom.
