The property served its purpose for a quick weekend away. It was very clean. However, the unit is very old and needs updating. The bunk beds were old and wobbly. Many items in the unit were very old.

Our family had a great stay! Perfect for families, built in entertainment for days you don't have plans, everything you need for infants. My only disappointments were that the stroller included was not the one pictured and the double stroller provided was in disrepair (but we were able to use half of it). The highchair was also dirty upon arrival. To be fair to the host, we did not mention these things during our stay due to how hectic and packed our schedule was, so they were not given the chance to remedy the situation. I would book again, but would definitely ask ahead of time to check what specific things will be available to better plan for our group.

This place was great to stay at, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very close to Disney World parks, a bit further to Universal and SeaWorld, 20-30 mins depending on traffic. Great facilities, pool and slide awesome, good gym equipment and theatre was impressive. Would stay here again in a heart beat. Wish we had longer there.

Had a great stay

We stayed for 10 nights with our 4 kids for a volleyball tournament and it all went really well. The location is very convenient and my kids loved the pool. No complaints at all and hope to be back soon!

Excellent location and property

We loved our stay here and it was perfect for our family of 7. The pool was fun for our kids and the location was close to Disney parks. The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for us to spread out. Definitely recommend it!

Fantastic

Absolutely loved staying here! Location is fantastic. Quite literally 5-10 mins from Disney. The complex is amazing with everything they offer from the movie theatre to snack time and the pool. Everyone is so friendly. The apartment itself is huge!! And we had every amenity we needed. Definitely would stay here again 😊

Exceptional property

Loved our stay at this property!!! It was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool area and had to be dragged out!! There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. Everything was clean and ready for our check in, which was a very easy process. Great communication with Owner and property management. We would definitely choose this property again for any future visits.

Very well-equipped unit, and a kitchen you can actually cook in. Very good communication from the owner—which is a real person, not a management company! Would recommend.

Great homebase for Disney

This was a great place for a family. It had plenty of space - it could have comfortably handled 8 or even 10. It was very close to disney, and within reasonable distance to other parks. They had plenty on-site to make "rest-days" from the parks still fun. Communication with the owner was also good, and the front gate people were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful property and pool. Convenient location. Condo needed better cleaning and all around sprucing up. Furniture was comfortable. Owner and property manager were very responsive to requests.

This property appears to be poorly maintained and managed. There were numerous maintenance issues: the oven and microwave lights didn't work, the oven took nearly an hour to preheat (something previous reviews indicate the owner already knew about), loose cabinet knobs and drawer pulls throughout, peeling furniture finish, a couch arm coming loose, mildew on the master bathroom ceiling, damaged laminate flooring, peeling wallpaper, damaged paint in the SpongeBob room, stained extra blankets, dust on decor, and permanent marker drawings on the children's room decorations. One bunk bed support was broken, causing the mattress to sag. The front door hardware felt loose, there was no deadbolt, and the kids' bathroom lock didn't function. There was also no broom to clean up during our stay, random unusable string lights on the wall, a wall fan whose cord couldn't reach an outlet because it was mounted too high, and even a good sized bright green shipping sticker still attached to the dining table. The master bathroom toilet was also cracked at the bottom .This isn't an exhaustive list. The listing photos did not reflect the property's actual condition, and we were genuinely disappointed upon arrival. We stayed because we needed a place to sleep, but I would not book this property again or recommend it to others, especially given the owners rude response and insistence that the property is just fine. I have submitted pics to VRBO. There is no care for the renter.

I must say I was skeptical reading the other reviews. I even told my husband I think I made a mistake. But I must say when we arrived we were truly amazed! The condo was beautiful and clean. Our king bed slept so comfortable all week. Our girls loved the mini water park area and everyone was so nice. My only recommendation is to check the lil steps for kids to get on the bunk beds because it was loose. We had an amazing 7 night vacation. We will definitely look to book again!

Location is main saving grace

Good: - pool was great, big slides for the kids - beds were great - location was great for parks Not good: - lots of bugs and roaches, more than typical for FL - not enough toilet paper and barely enough towels; property management skimps on everything they can - fans and blinds need to be cleaned and dusted, everything was very dirty - place needs to be repainted badly - TV mount in kids room is falling off, needs to be repaired Overall rating: 3/5 for the price and location, but if you're looking for a high quality, stay look elsewhere.

Full of roaches

There were roaches all over the place. We couldn't keep any food out of fridge and they were crawling all over the dishes and glasses. There were 6 beds and could sleep a lot of people, but only 5 towels. We had to buy towels to have enough for us all to shower. Water park was not open all of the time. Lots of issues. Wont stay there again.

Excellent location and amenities

We stayed here for 15 nights and it was a perfect for us and our 2 kids (8 and 11 yrs). Yes its old, yes it needs some love and a makeover but it’s was pretty clean, no bugs anywhere (i was worried with other reviews), the location is perfect to the pool but far enough away for privacy, Walmart is a 2 minute drive for all your grocery and Disney needs AND Disney is 15 min away! The condo was super spacious for the 4 of us and we had plenty of kitchen space. Just a heads up the stove takes forever to heat up. I highly recommend this place. The amenities are awesome and there are lots of kids around for our kids to play with! There is a DJ pumping music on the weekends, fun kids games, slurpees (ice) drinks and other food for sale by the pool too plus the waterslides and splash park. We would definitely stay here again!!!!
