Eastpark. Pet friendly! Lake Nona

Conveniently located in the East Park neighborhood of Lake Nona - between Dowden Road, Narcoossee Road, Moss Park Road and the 417 Greenway in the prestigious Lake Nona area of South East Orlando. East Park enjoys three convenient entrance/exit locations into/out of the community off of Narcoossee Road, on Dowden and Moss Park Road. This makes it easy for commuters jumping on the 417 Greenway into downtown Orlando, North Orlando and South Orlando as well as for accessing all of the restaurants and shopping within the Lake Nona Area. Most attractions are 20- 25 minutes away including Disney World, Universal, and water parks.

This 2 bedroom home sleeps a family of 4 with two queen size beds. The home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen including pots, pans, utensils, plates, dish soap, paper towel, large and small appliances, etc; Laundry room; living room with flat screen TV and basic cable; and reliable and fast wifi.

Our vacation home is pet friendly and the back yard is completely fenced. Candles, incense or diffuser with essential oils is prohibited.

We are repeat customers at this property. The location is convenient and the property has a nice view over a lake in the back yard. It is close to a grocery store and every other retail establishment one may desire. The host is responsive. In summary, we will rent this property again if it is available.

Very pet friendly, clean and spacious. The only downfall was having a limit of one car in the driveway and no parking in front of the house. The neighborhood streets are very crowded with cars on both sides of the street making a tight squeeze when traveling to and from the property. The friendliness of host, ease of check in, cleanliness of the property, pet friendliness far outweighs the parking issue.

Ms Vickie was very kind, responsive and approachable throughout the stay. The house was perfect for me and my 2 small dogs. They loved having the fenced yard. Very peaceful neighborhood/area. Would happily recommend her property!

Need more upfront information, found out upon arrival among the myriad of rules sheets around the property.Owner lives in a seperate section of the house.Lawn care comes on Saturday and are noisy.Can't swin in lakeOwner has a dog that barks on ocassionOnly can park 1 car in driveway, owner uses one side and for some reason you can't park in front of the property although someone does.Can't fry foods, if smoke alarm goes off 250 fine.Posting says queen bed but not queen size.Clothes dryer only work for about 15 mintues then has a filter error even if clean, have to restart it.

Vickie was a wonderful host. She is very quick to respond to messages and helpful if you need any help navigating the area. We had a fantastic time. Perfectly pet-friendly with proximity to everything

We stayed at this property while relocating from out of state and needed a pet-friendly place while closing on our new home. Vicky was a fantastic host—very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The home was comfortable and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the lake and convenient access to grocery stores and major highways. It made a stressful time much easier, and we’re so grateful to have found it! For those traveling with pets, this was the most pet friendly place we have ever found. Vicky has lots of pet items making them feel equally welcome. It was so clean you never would realize they accommodate animals. Definitely a place we would stay without pets too!

Clean and pet friendly

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and the house was in a great location, quiet and clean. The host lives on property and came over to introduce herself which was nice. The home was pet friendly and convenient for our two large dogs. Great home.
