Enchanted Emerald Villa's 7 BR's, Game Room, pool, spa and nearby parks await!

Enchanted Emerald Villa is an amazing luxury vacation Villa that is well appointed and located within the Emerald Island Resort. This 2,880 square foot 2 story home is just minutes to the front gates of the Walt Disney World Resort, 25 minutes or less to Universal Studios Orlando, Seaworld, and all other theme parks! The home features 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, high speed wireless internet, a south facing screened-in heated pool and spa; and game room.
The space
The first floor of the Villa is fairly open and at the same time can provide different sections for people to gather apart. There is ample seating throughout the first floor with large WiFi or WiFi/Cable Roku TV's in each area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary accessories to prepare a multi-course meal for 16 or just a single cup of coffee from the single serve Keurig on the counter. The Game Room has an 85" WiFi/Cable Roku TV with a couch, chair and ottoman, along with a pool and Fooz ball tables. Hook up your own game set or go online to play. The Game Room has its own A/C that is controlled separately from the main part of the house.
Guest access
All of the rooms in the house, the screened in lanai, pool and spa will be exclusively yours. You will notice two digitally locked closet doors where the house's mechanical systems, cleaning and other supplies are stored. In addition, the upstair's hallway closets are key locked and contain additional maintenance related items. There is no guest access to these 4 locations nor any other space where a key or combination lock exists.
Other things to note
Resort Access Card
The Resort has a per vehicle fee that is paid directly to the resort at $20 per vehicle with a maximum of six (6) vehicles allowed per property. Day visitors do not have to pay the Resort vehicle fee. You will have the opportunity to speed up your check-in process by pre-paying before your scheduled arrival that will enable you to get your entry pass at the front gate. Alternatively, when you arrive, you can pay for the per vehicle access charge at the Resort's Clubhouse Concierge Desk (Open daily 8:00 am to 10:00 pm).

BBQ Grill Rental
If you would like to rent a BBQ grille, let me know and it can be arranged to be present at your arrival and will be removed after you depart. The weekly rental is $80 and includes a clean BBQ grille, utensils and propane for the week. Durations longer than a week may have an incremental additional charge. There are other companies in the area where BBQ grilles and other items can be rented for use during your stay, let me know if you would like the names and contacts.

Pool Heat Charge
During the cooler/winter months, pool and/or spa heating is available. The full day rate is $35. If requested prior to your check-in date, the pool heat will be turned on the day of your check-in. The first day charged will be the day following your check-in date. The last day you will be charged is the day before your check-out date. On your check-out date, the pool heat will be turned off.
