* No smoking inside or outside of the property, with a $1,500 penalty
for any infractions.
* Guests are not permitted access to resort amenities besides

government-issued I.D. If not complied with, the reservation will
be cancelled without refund.
* Washcloths are not provided for health reasons.
* Do not pull the fire alarm unless it is necessary; guests are
liable for any costs incurred from a Fire Dept. visit.

Use of Amenities

* Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in.
Note that the spa is not a hot tub and shares the same temperature
as the pool, with no independent temperature control.
* Trash must be bagged, tied, and placed in bins on the side of the
house; valet service will handle curbside pick-up.
* $50/day pool heating fee (must be heated for the entire
reservation/minimum of 5 nights charge).
