Om du vill vara nära hjärtat av handlingen, leta inte längre än denna villa med tre sovrum. En 15-minuters biltur (14 km 48 km) är allt som krävs för att nå Disney-parkerna, där SeaWorld och Universal Studios behöver något längre, cirka 25 minuter. Några mil norrut ligger US192 med ett brett utbud av butiker, barer och restauranger för att tilltala de flesta smaker och budgetar. Tillbaka i din villa finns det gott om plats att koppla av i loungen eller njuta av solen på poolen. Här kan du också njuta av en utomhusmåltid under stjärnorna med den yttre matplatsen komplett med ett bord och sittplatser som får dig att känna dig som hemma!

Framför hemmet är en skärmad möblerad veranda med utsikt över den tropiskt anlagda trädgården med majestätiska drottningspalmer. Detta leder dig in till villan där du hittar ett uppgraderat kök med alla moderna apparater och bänkskivor i granit. Den skräddarsydda frukostkroken ligger i köket och lindas runt fönstret och ger alla gott om utrymme och fantastisk utsikt över trädgården. Frukostbaren öppnar till det formella matbordet och familjerummet.

Efter en dag med att utforska parkerna kan du och din familj koppla av och varva ner i de bekväma lädersofforna och stolarna som tittar på filmer eller strömma på den stora TV-skärmen. Detta hem har också ett biljardbord för dig som tycker om rolig tävling!

Had an amazing stay and the hosts were wonderful. Everything you would need was available and easy to locate. Pool heat was definitely worth it and the game room was perfect for family fun. Will definitely be back! Don’t hesitate to book this!

Once again a fantastic stay in this wonderful villa. The location is great for the parks and easy access to the 192 and I4. We always feel very safe. The villa is spotless and so well maintained and really feels like a home away from home. It is always a sad moment when we have to leave. The pool is wonderful and once again well maintained. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough, the owners are brilliant and the communication is always spot on. We will be booking again soon! Thanks for another great stay!

Home Away From Home

The home was just as described and even better than the photos. Perfect layout, private covered pool, and the enclosed porch was amazing. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this location.

Vacation Home

The home was just as described. There were no unexpected surprises. All the basics were there including a start-up supply of paper towel, garbage bags, coffee, etc. The neighborhood was very quiet. The pool was great to cool off in after hot humid days at the theme parks. Our teen loved the pool table also. The home is close to all vacation destinations. The only suggestions I have would be a few more "home" touches such as bathroom towel hooks and maybe an end table in the living room. Just little things. All in all it was the perfect home for us and I would choose it again.

Amazing stay

This place was an ideal fit for my family of four. During the month of March, I highly recommend taking advantage of the heated pool. This place was conveniently located near Disney parks, grocery stores, and restaurants. The community was friendly, comfortable, and quiet. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs.

Another wonderful holiday

This was our second stay in this villa and once again it did not disappoint, Such a fantastic location for the parks and supermarkets. We felt so safe once again. Communication from the owners was perfect. The villa was spotlessly clean and so well kept. The pool was perfect, the water was lovely and warm (we chose to pay for heating). All facilities were great. We have stayed in numerous villas over the years and this one is by far our favourite. Once again I can highly recommend this villa and will certainly be back as soon as we can!

Great stay

The home is as listed- pictures are accurate and the host's communication is impecable. Very neat and clean home. The pool is a nice size for small family. Although the neighborhood is big and looks crowded- it's very quiet and friendly. Parks are close driving distance and Orlando airport is about 30 mins. Would definitely stay again

Close to Disney

The house has pros and cons. Pros-close to Disney, nice pool area that was safe, nicely decorated, the host responded quickly when we had a problem with the pool alarm. Cons-the patio door needs to be replaced (everyone had a hard time opening it), there’s literally 1 roll of TP for each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towel with no extras (I believe this should be supplied), there was no can opener, limited utensils or any extra spices. Overall we had a nice stay and really enjoyed our pool day.

Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The whole process from booking to check out was seamless and communication with the hosts was excellent. The villa was spotlessly clean and all appliances looked brand new. The pool was absolutely beautiful, clean and well maintained. The villa is in a perfect location for accessing the Disney parks and the local area is well maintained and we felt very safe. We would highly recommend this villa and will certainly be staying here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning soon!

Overall okay

The home was clean and small. The pictures show a modern updated home but when we arrived we noticed it was more cosmetic updates but the home overall is older. We had an unexpected issue with the trash that dampened our experience on the property. Overall the experience was okay but I don't see my family returning.

Indian Point Villa

Overall my family enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner is very kind and communicative. He was quick to answer and respond to any questions. The house comfortably sleeps 6 people. My kids really enjoyed the heated pool. The villa had been recently renovated within the last few years. Some wear and tear but overall clean and well maintained. We enjoyed having the pool table, especially for the one rainy day we had during our stay. The house is in an older residential neighborhood and not in a resort area. Most attractions were within a 15-20 min drive. Thanks Eric for a nice stay!

Great Central Location for Theme Parks

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean, the check in & check out process was a breeze, and the amenities all functioned well. This is an incredibly well located property to theme parks & many other Orlando attractions. The only reason we are leaving a 4/5 star review is the neighborhood. The neighborhood IS very quiet and we DID feel safe, however it is very unkempt overall. We do want to highlight though that this particular property IS very well taken care of! We highly recommend it!

FAMILY VACATION

Would rent again

The owner is great and responds very quickly to messages. The check in process was beyond easy and when we entered the home it was very clean and smelled like bleach! There are a few things that need to be fixed or updated but it didn't interfere with our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Spring Break 2021

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Property. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed the pool. Neighborhood was incredibly quiet and comfortable. Access to grocery and restaurants nearby. Eric was even quick to respond when I had a question during our stay. The kids enjoyed playing pool everyday and hanging out. Perfect space for my husband and I and our 2 kids. Definitely would stay again if we return to the area.

Work / Fun Vacation Home

We planned a 1 week Spring Break trip in WDW but since we were working/schooling remotely we decided to add another week in FL... and then another. This was the first week stay of the 3 week adventure. The criteria: 3 bedrooms, 2 Baths, exceptional internet connection, a heated pool and a reasonable distance from Disney Springs & Universal Studios. This place checked all of those boxes. The great communication with the host was a bonus. How do I know this place was a great choice? I’ve heard from my family a dozen+ times that they wish we were spending the second week of our vacation there rather than where we currently are. That’s a good endorsement!
