Likes : the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. -plenty of bedrooms for the family - each bedroom had private bathrooms def a plus!- the kitchen had 2 refrigerators -no noise complaints-Check in was easy the code worked well-host sent a pool cleaner immediately after reached out with an issue. Dislikes: -. All The beds were foam not the most comfy for me some guests liked some did not. -the pool was TINY! I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. For a home with so many rooms you’d expect an accommodating pool for the guests to enjoy. The pool was the main selling point for us we love swimming but that didn’t happen as the pool was tiny. And half of the tiny pool was 3 ft the other half 5ft. That was unfortunate. -the pool was NOT cleaned before we arrived!! the last guests left toys floating in the pool and we had to contact the host/ owner to request a pool cleaning- not much entertainment or games for families to play. There was a foosball table and a Xbox but no family board games or toys for children to play with. -the check out instructions were too long. They required soooo much upon check out. Granted we would never leave a home messy but their instructions almost made the cleaning fee obsolete. -200 every 30 mins if you want late check out that was excessive. No courtesy if you fly in early youWILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN EARLY not even by an hour. We had to wait and the pool still wasn’t clean when we arrived.
