På grund av Townhouse-läget i Kissimmee är du tillräckligt nära Disney för allt det roliga och spännande.

Vi ligger bara några minuter från väg 192 i Kissimmee med 24-timmars tillgång till porten till fastigheten.

Alla typer av restauranger, Supermarknad, Minimarknader, Bensinstationer, Köpcentra, etc. är mycket nära.

Huset är mycket rent. vattenvy, helt nya möbler juni 2019.

Visiting Family

Property was nice you will definitely have to bring some essentials like coffee but the house did have plenty of space for all of us. The area was interesting. Have plenty of stores and restaurants to choose from plus you were 15 minutes to 20 minutes away from everything down in Disney to Universal. You weren’t far from anything. We did spend a day in old town, which was all of our favorite not a lot of people few good restaurants and nice cold drinks.

This villa is the worst - I have stayed at others in this community and had no issues though. 1. Let's start with the smell - upon arrival this place smelled like a cross between a nursing home and hospice floor. I had to buy febreeze and open the door to air it out. 2. Panels are missing from the windows so privacy is an issue - I don't know how anyone can feel comfortable knowing others can look through your window. That's called being complacent and negligent. I notified the host of this and I was told "I'm aware" but nothing was done. 3. The condition of the patio chairs and tables were disgusting. I had to clean them myself otherwise eating outside was not a possibility. The ground still has an amount of dirt but there was no way I was doing ALL the work for them. 4. If you want to watch Disney plus or Roku you're good to go but if you want to watch live TV you're screwed because it doesn't work. The host was notified and this was never resolved. 5. The description states there is a DVD player but that isn't accurate so don't waste your time buying or packing DVDs. 6. The lamp upstairs is dysfunctional and turns on and off by itself. 7. The microwave is an absolute nightmare. The clear/stop button starts the microwave and does not work as it's supposed to. Most of the numbers and buttons do not work at all. And it reached a point where the microwave turns on and off - it is dysfunctional and old. The host was notified of this. They didn't want to replace it and recommended I use the stove for everything instead. Really?! When asked about a replacement I was ignored for days. Toward the end of my trip when I brought it up again and mentioned at the very least I should be able to check out late I was told I could find another property if this was an inconvenience and my late checkout couldn't be accommodated. After I responded back about the incredibly late response to the situation & it being pointless to find another property since my family and I would be leaving in a couple days all of a sudden the late checkout could be accommodated and. a tech to look at the microwave. No notice was given for the tech to check the microwave but a couple hrs so that obviously wasn't going to work. 8. The kitchen sink on the left hand side clogs and there's no plunger, draino or anything for it. 9. The dishwasher smells absolutely disgusting and looks that way as well so we made it a point not to use it. The list goes on but those are the main things.

Place was clean, and nicely located from the pool and morning walk around the small pond. People were friendly, Fast response from owner with issues. Not too far away from shopping with a reasonable price. Easy access to gated community.

No Help amid the crisis

The condo was great, however, I did try to either cancel or change my reservation in light of the Corona Virus pandemic. The booking agent NEVER responded to me. The owner did respond to me but told me that he could do nothing to help me. A general email was sent out stating that we could change our arrangements with the owner due to the crisis but that did not happen. The owner kept telling me any changes had to be done through the booking agent. Rather than lose the money I had invested months earlier, we did go on vacation however, everything in the area was closed. So our vacation was not as enjoyable as we had hoped, We could have stayed locked in our homes at home rather than in Florida! I think there was a lot of passing the buck or blame in an effort to not lose the money for the rental. I do not think that is, yet I fair considering the situation. The owner did finally tell me that he would have been willing to change our reservation if it was at least a week before but that it was too late the day before. I do not understand this comment since I had been trying to cancel or switch for a week.. The crisis was not my fault yet I was not given any help or consideration..

Christmas Holiday 2019

Our family stayed at the condo over Christmas and New Years to be close to our daughter and her family. The condo was exactly as pictured and Faris was very responsive to our questions before our arrival and during our stay. Everything was perfect for our family vacation. We definitely would stay there again.

Very comfortable lodging

Easy check in with detailed instructions on how to access the property. Comfortable beds. Filtered water. Well equipped kitchen for a home away from home. Only issue was the broken toilet seat in the master bedroom but I'm sure it'll be an easy fix for the next guest.

Beautiful townhome

Nice location in a quite gated community. Check in was super easy. The house was beautiful, clean and cozy. Good size patio with a nice view of a lake. Everything was very accommodating. Plenty of extra towels and blankets. No issues getting ahold of the property manager if needed. Would have been nice to have some TV upstairs but it wasn't that big of a deal. Downstairs has cable and a fire stick if you'd like to watch Netflix or YouTube but you'd need to use your own account if you have. There was also a gaming system and uno for the kids to play. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of seating in the dining areas. Overall it was a beautiful well kept vacation home and would definitely recommend this vacation townhome.

It's a nice place to stay. There's plenty of towels and kitchen towels to use. You do need to bring extra bathroom paper and dish soap but he does let you know you have to bring it, guess for the price it is good. There are 2 full bathrooms and the best a half bathroom on the first floor which is awesome. The tv in the living has cable but the tv in the master bedroom is only for Netflix or Hulu accounts. If you don't have an account, you won't be able to use it. The process of check in was very easy and the codes worked great. Didn't use the pool or went to the clubhouse, cant comment on those. The trash bags have to be taken to the compactor next to the clubhouse, when coming in to the area you can see it. House is very comfortable.

The location and the atmosphere of the property were amazing!

The house was very beautiful and clean. The location was perfect and the gated community was very safe feeling. Very spacious and convenient having all the aminities needed during our stay.
