Bach trip

We stayed with 20 adults in the house for a Disney bachelor / bachelorette. The space accommodated us well. Communication with the property was easy and efficient I would say the property just needs minor updating for minor inconveniences: loose handles (toilet paper and fridge), broken drawers, loose shower heads, cracked tiles, couch pieces separating, etc. The gate system was not what we expected. We assumed we would be entering through a gate and providing our names for the intercom, but if we arrived at a gate with an intercom no one would answer. We were lucky enough the gate on Target Blvd was always open, so we had no issues once we learned to direct people that way. In all, we were satisfied with the accommodations for our needs.

Overall the home was great

The home was nice looked just liked the photos. Very spacious clean. Everything that was listed was there. However the checkin process for registering vehicles was a little confusing. We and many others had problems with the gates the barcodes were scanning we could hear it beep but the gates would not open. That was a problem the entirety of our trip. Unless the gates were just open or we caught someone coming out we were not able to get in. That part was frustrating because we would spend 5-10 minutes at the gate trying to get to the house. We also had problems with the tvs not having any volume we called the office they said they sent someone we could see someone came to the house when we were gone but they did not fix it we actually figured it out on our own by the second day. Other than the gate issues and the tv ( which was not that big of a deal) the house was great I would recommend to anyone going to Orlando with a big group that wasn’t to be close to everything. My suggestion would be giving clear instructions on registering your vehicle in the information they send out a few days prior to your trip. Letting you know you go to this location to get your barcode and then drive to the address of the house.

The Awesome Vacay Villa

It was a pleasure to stay at this HUGE villa. It’s a really nice house with a modern decorated flow. You won’t feel crowded as it is very spacious. Ample resort style parking, meaning NO driveway or garage. Upon arrival the house (as pictured in advertising) is ready to use w/ UPDATED appliances & decent cookware & utensils, except a working can opener (ask me how I know). It’s centrally located, near various grocery clothing & specialty stores and restaurants in the area to serve all your needs. Outside area has pool & spa with covered lanai, however privacy is limited as most of the houses are overlooked. Patio furniture is worn / damaged & could use replacement. It’s one of the reasons I gave it 4 stars (pool deck is the place you definitely want to be) along with other minor neglected touches, that I can only assume come from rental wear and tear. I’m not into negative trash reviews that are harsh and critical unless warranted. That’s truly NOT the case here. I include the negatives in hopes that the owners will correct the issues. Whiles some things may seem negative, they are just for info only, like the comments about resort style parking or pool overlooked even the can opener, which had zero impact on the flow of my vacay. This house has its negatives but not many to list. Mostly cosmetic, like no puck for air hockey table, needs touch up paint here and there, light fixtures in need of repair, again the patio furniture, just minor stuff that needs attention but won’t disturb you when you return from a long day at the parks. All things considered I’d return in a NY minute. Another positive note, I called for assistance w/ pool heat and the tech response was quick and helpful, as was the responses with the initial booking communications. Try this house it won’t disappoint! I was grateful to have it and I can honestly say it’s a few improvements away from 5 stars. In summary I say to those who ponder on this house, give it a go (5 star service with a 4 star home) which just means it’s NOT perfect but otherwise still functional and accommodating at a premium level! Enjoy your vacay, DON’T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF, I didn’t!
