Met our needs perfectly. I treated my 2 young-adult kids and their significant others to a trip to Universal Studios. This townhouse was only 25 minutes away. 3 full bathrooms meant nobody was waiting to shower, and having a kitchen where we could havr breakfast & pack lunches helped us save on the cost of food at the park

Excellent Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. They townhome looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean and well kept. It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. We had a great time at the waterpark. I will definitely rent this home again in the future.

Perfect weekend

Everything was great. Only comments was dishwasher don't think it was working and lights in pool but other then that the home was perfect. Decor on point and rooms were beautiful.

Grown Up 11 day Orlando Getaway

Overall, this property matched the pictures and description on-line. There were some minor issues that we reported right away and that were addressed promptly and by friendly and efficient people. Tried to write a more detailed review but ran out of space so I will leave it at this

Week Long Stay with 2/families

House was as described with plenty of room for 2 families. 4 adults and 4 kids. There were stains on the couch and the utensil drawer was broke and it fell off and landed on my husbands foot. I did message the property owner and they said they would take care of it. Please note that there is nothing extra, as noted in the description but also no extra blankets, linens, etc. I’ve always stayed in rentals that had extras and this one had the bare minimum. It was a good neighborhood, close to everything and the water park was nice!

Excellent location and House

The house and location were excellent. Close to major attractions and offers some great amenities. The property manager was great to work with and the check-in process was smooth. While the house was cleaned the floors could have been swept more thoroughly. We also discovered a large wet spot on the carpet upstairs. There was also no propane for the grill. Thankfully the Property manager was quick to address all these issues. Despite those minor notes, the overall experience was great. Would book again.

July Stay

Check in process was great and location was very convenient. The kitchen had enough cookware and the space was good. However the biggest disappointment was the SMELL of rotten fish. I contacted management numerous times during our stay, and they were never able to fix this problem. We went out and bought numerous air fresheners and baking soda to help with the smell coming from the refrigerator. Our food even tasted like the rotten fish as we were eating it. This was the biggest disappointment of the entire stay. Very unfortunate that we were “unlucky” to have stayed at a property that smelled so bad.

Nationals

This condo was nice, kitchen was huge! We were here for volleyball nationals, we’d stayed in another party if Storey Lake for the previous weekend, this was not a nice but also not as pricey. Very strong cleaner smell when we walked in, main floor master was hot all the time. The sign in the wall said a/c works best at 75…that’s WAY too hot for our comfort. The main floor master has a very uncomfortable bed but the upstairs en-suite was very comfy. Minimal decorations, which was fine. Harry Potter bedroom upstairs had a TV with a broken box, we did get the box a couple days into our trip, but it was disappointing for our teen daughter. The purple bedroom had no tv.

Townhome is in a good location and easy to get to. It was clean and spacious. One drawback for us was that I had to provide all of my personal information and credit card information again to the property management as a pre check in , even though I had already completed this with VRBO.
