Great Place to Stay

The condo was very clean, comfortable and convenient to the places I wanted to go. I loved the resort area, and the condo, and the screened in patio that gets the afternoon sun. Met a great group of people to play pickleball with, and very convenient to Celebration. Cant wait to come back next year.

Great Place!

My family stayed here for 5 days in July 2024 and loved the condo! Most importantly it was clean and comfortable. The amenities (pool, splash pad, pickleball courts, arcade, etc) were perfect as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!

We (A family of 3) enjoy this quiet area and nice clean condo. The owner replied to questions quickly. The check-in process was a breeze. Each room has a TV, comfy beds, and well-equipped kitchen. The clubhouse is a delight, it has a small convenience store and the tiki bar cooks hot food. They supplied balls to play volleyball, and basketball they also allowed free movies in the theater Lots of nearby restaurants You can't go wrong at this location, we will return.

Great location!

We are a family of 8 and it fit us perfectly. Very clean, fully stocked! Nice amenities, like a pool and fitness club, and things for the kids to do! Close to Disney and shopping. Highly recommend!

Needs update

Pros. Close enough to parks, gated community, pool, splash pad, and basketball court. Staff are very friendly. Negatives. Several item broken in rental. Stove burner, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and dryer. Picture shown has big stroller which i really needed, no ice cooler, no computer. Master bedroom, carpet was dirty, dresser drawers broken, previous ceiling water leak, not repaired. Princess room. Unable to use closet bed too close to door. Second master bed room. Dresser drawers broken. Pantry. Full of cleaning items and gallons of paint unable to put food on shelves. All plugs need an update very loose when plugged in or maybe update with usb plugs. Kitchen. Formica on counters are peeling up. This was a 10 day vacation stay.

Attention needed

This unit itself was fairly clean when we arrived. A few things worth mentioning. 1) Appliances are very old. The freezer smells of age, the stove top only had 1 out of 4 burners that worked. 2) Pots and pans are old, non stick surfaces are scratched and several of the handles were loose. 3) Only (1) one, garbage bag for the kitchen garbage can, (should be a minimum of 2). 3) Carpet was filthy and stained badly. 4) Mattress on Primary bed was terrible, felt like I was laying inside a canoe, you know, where you roll to one spot and are just there. Overall this place needs and extensive updating from appliances, carpet to window treatments. Clubhouse, pool, game room etc. very nice and clean. The Tiki bar at the pool was nice and convenient. I would stay in this community again, just not this unit.

Can’t beat the value for money

Me and my friends family - 4 adults and 4 kids age from 9 to 13, stayed here for a week and it was really spacious and comfortable for all of us. Owner is promptly responding all our questions. Bread toaster and Some of the stoves were not working, management company asked us to be there for any repairs which is what not feasible for us. We cook and pack food but had to work little hard to make it with the working stoves, I would have been more happier but over all it’s worth for the money I paid for a week. All parks are 20-30 mints drive, Walmart, gift shops and plenty of restaurants are within 5 mins drive. Thank you

Lovely Place, bigger than expected and very convenient.

Two big rooms and a smaller twin, the twin beds were a little uncomfortable for an adult the King sized beds were SO comfy though. The kitchen has everything you could need and is very well stocked, we ate home lots and it was perfect. Didn't get to use the pool but it was always busy that we saw and looked very pleasant and they have a weekly BBQ there too. This is a really great base for the Disney World parks, bit of a trek to get to Universal but we were mainly there for Disney. We used Uber and Lyft instead of renting a car, around $25 for one way to Disney, lots of shops and restaurants nearby and Walmart too. We would definitely use this apartment again it was just what we needed and the owners were brilliant. The only downside was the on site shop. Most items have no prices on them, we were charged more for one carrier bag of things than for a full shop at Walmart the next day!! We never used it again, I suspect they have two pricing structures one for owners and more expensive for renters so don't use it unless you absolutely have to. Overall a lovely safe gated community, quiet, attractive and very comfy apartment, thank you so much Sena and Vishaka we hope to stay again.

Great experience!

My sons and I stayed here for a week and really had a great stay! The location was perfect for stores, Disney, ESPN complex. Having tvs in bedroom was wonderful, Xbox was great for boys in downtime, kitchen was well equipped. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Awesome Stay

An awesome time was had- after a little difficult checking in the owner promptly response to text and everything was smooth smiling. The unit is very clean and nicely kept. Although we didn't get a chance to do Disney we had a great time. Lots of neighboring restaurants to choose from. Making reservations for Disney/Universal and we will definitely be back.
