Beautiful Villa, Worth every penny!

Absolutely amazing! Check-in process was easy, the house was beautiful, lots of space and the pool was so convenient and very nice. Looking forward to my next stay!

剛到酒店的頭兩天沒有Wifi,根本不能和公司取得聯繫； 奧蘭多白天和晚上的氣溫相差很大，房屋裏很冷，但酒店又不允許調高室內溫度，搞到我感冒了兩天，最煩的是每天都收到很多來歷不明的電話，有時晚上很晚也有人打電話，這簡直是花錢買難受啊！

Nice as a Investment home, could be better done

This is a decent place, would like to own it myself :), that said, The garage is NOT a garage, it is a pool table room. Didn't know that until I got there. The furniture is nice, but dated like 15 to 20 years, couches are newer, TV's really small in rooms, nice large TV in the main living area. The fridge did NOT have a ice maker :( The basic kitchen home wares were good, glasses, plates silverware. I didn't cook so I don't know if all pots and pans where there or the oven worked. If they did a few changes, like new bathrooms #1, fridge with ice maker, it would be 4 star, can't do much about the garage so I could never give it 5 starts. The price was great for what I wanted, so I gave it 3 stars, and I would recommend the place to others, telling them what they are lacking and make sure the pool was clean before arrival.

Fabulous first week in florida!!

We had an amazing time staying at a 3 bed villa in the Legacy Park area. The villa was so well equipped and the private pool was wonderful day or night. The whole villa was exceptionally clean and I didn't mind keeping it in the condition we found it in- it is someone's home after all. Tiny grip was the lack of wifi instructions- didn't get access the whole week and I think the mattresses on the beds need replacing as they were all very squeaky. Other than that a private stay and we will definitely be staying again!!

This was our fifth stay in Florida with Florida Vacation Villas. We will definitely be be back again. The houses are always extremely clean and comfortable. They are located in great areas close to all popular attractions. We also love having our own private pool.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger und sicherer Umgebung

Alle Kontakte sowie das Ein- und Auschecken laufen über PC, eMail und Telefon (meist nur Anrufbeantworter, wird aber schnell zurückgerufen) ab. Die erste Nacht in einem der Schlafzimmer nicht gut geschlafen, da dort ständig etwas piepste. Das konnte aber am nächsten Tag abgestellt werden. Das Haus war gut zu finden und größer als angemietet (kostenfreies upgrade). Die Benutzung der Bettwäsche und Handtücher ist etwas limitiert; aber man kann ja in der Maschine waschen und trocknen. Der Aufenthalt im Freien in der Pool-Area ist sehr angenehm, da komplett durch ein feinmaschiges Fliegengitter umgeben; sehr wirksam. Das Haus war recht komfortabel mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Mit dem Auto nach Orlando ca. 25 Minuten Fahrzeit. Ein Auto sollte man aber unbedingt haben; öffentl. Verkehrsmittel sind eher weit ab und umständlich. Einige gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

The villa was spacious and had lovely communal areas. There was a lot of information to follow and rules. The pool was warm with pool heating. Nice games room too

Very nice and clean villa

We rented a villa (a house) for our Winter holidays vacation. The house was in a very good condition, clean, ready for us. The pool was clean and heated for our arrival. Mostly, everything worked and was to our satisfaction. I would definitely rent again.

Beautiful vacation home

We loved the home we stayed in for our vacation. Our one and only recommendation would be to consider the comfortability of the beds. The master suite bed was very hard and left us stiff and sore making it hard to get going in the morning. Other than that the home was perfect. The pool was wonderful every night to unwind after a day at the parks. Nice location, loved the daily visit from a pair of cranes that would greet us every morning. We spent out Christmas and New Year at this home and we would again in a heartbeat. It became our home away from home even for Christmas dinner.

Great place to stay

We rented a house with private pool, and had a great time. The house was beautiful, pool was just the right size and had all the amenities we could ask for. Having a washer and dryer made it easy for us to pack light. Only troubles were, the pillows are so flat, we bought some new pillows and left them there for future guests. The pool heat wasn't working for a couple of days, but we mentioned the problem to the management and it was promptly resolved, along with a partial refund for our troubles. I would recommend Florida Vacation Villas as a place to stay to get away from the crowds and noise of a resort at the end of a long day among the crowds at the parks.

Basic house with most of what was needed

It was an older house that was clean and had a pool and games room. However, the stove door didn't close properly and two of the stove top elements did not work. Only a 'starter' amount of toilet paper was provided which doesn't help when you run out while still on the toilet. On check out we were told to wash towels but they didn't provide laundry detergent. They charge $25 per day for the games room and $30 per day for heated pool water. For seven days this would be an extra $385. Luckily we didn't add them to our rental and in the end it was a good thing because they were already provided. If your tastes are standard the house is fine just ask what is not provided and what you need to bring before you leave.

Fantastic villa in a great location.

This is the second time we have used Florida Vacation Villas for our stay in Orlando and again they didn't disappoint. When we e-mailed them to confirm our stay DeAnna was so helpful and arranged for us to stay in the same villa as last year, which made our holiday. The villa was spotless, well maintained and very comfortable with a fantastic pool. It's location is fab, next to all attractions and within easy reach of all main roads. The service received from DeAnna from Holiday Vacations was exemplary when arranging our villa booking and no request was too much trouble. We would definitely book again and have no hesitation in recommending them. A fab holiday, in a fab villa and thanks very much to DeAnna.

Super villa only one thing having to pay 75 dollar

Fab villa just don't see why you have to pay an extra cleaning fee when we where ther for three weeks and cleaned our selves if we had been in a hotel it would have been cleaned most days ? Ps there was no hotel staff it was a self catering villa but there was a lady we contacted and she was efficient .

Very Comfortable Pool Home

This was a two week stay in June/July and although the villa was in need of a bit of up-dating it was still very comfortable and the pool was a great benefit. The rooms were spacious and the villa came with wi-fi which made it easy for us to book restaurants and fast passes for Disney. It took about about half an hour to get to Disney. Our villa was in Loma Bonita Drive, easy to get to from the airport and not far away from any of the area attractions. The pool was solar powered so felt very warm which is not always what you want on a hot day. The pool area was really comfortable and we had all our meals outside. The kitchen had everything you needed, the bedrooms were great for a family of four as we all felt we had our own space. The bed in the main bedroom was on the small side by American standards but was very comfortable. We had a problem with a wasps nest outside our villa and I rung the management company in the morning and by the time we came back from a day at Universal the nest had been removed so very impressive service. I think having to leave at 10.00 am on the day of the departure is a bit difficult, especially for UK visitors as most flights are in the afternoon, but I suppose they need to get the villa cleaned for the next visitors. We really felt like the villa became home for the two weeks and were very upset when we had to leave, we would have no hesitation in returning to this villa and would recommend this to anyon
