Embark on a galactic adventure in our Star Wars-themed 7-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa just 3 miles to Disney. Close to Celebration, Old Town & downtown Orlando, this retreat features a fully equipped kitchen, private pool & patio. Each room transports you to iconic Star Wars locations like Tatooine, Mos Eisley Cantina, Jabba's Palace, Dagobah, Death Star, Coruscant, Millennium Falcon & Bespin. The community offers resort amenities including pools, trails, gym, mini golf, tennis & basketball.

The Space:
This Star Wars-themed villa, nestled in a gated resort-style neighborhood close to all of Orlando's theme parks and attractions, is the perfect place to start your vacation. This expansive two-story, 2870 sq. ft. home offers 7 uniquely themed bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, offering a fully immersive experience for fans and families alike:

GALACTIC LIVING QUARTERS:
Each of the 7 bedrooms is inspired by different Star Wars characters and locations:

• Jabba's Palace: The first master bedroom on the ground floor, featuring an ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, and a walk-in closet.
• Cloud City on Bespin: The second large, private master bedroom on the second floor with an attached private bath.
• Yoda's Dagobah Swamp, the Death Star, and Coruscant: Each of these rooms features a king-size bed.
• Millennium Falcon Cockpit and Interior: Two themed bedrooms with a bunk bed and single bed, perfect for young Padawans.

STARSHIP GALLEY:
Enjoy cooking in the full, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to feel at home. The kitchen features:

• Large refrigerator and freezer
• Dishwasher
• Stove and oven
• Tea and kettle
• Coffee maker (coffee, creamer, and sugar included)
• Blender
• R2D2 toaster
• Microwave
• Numerous pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and serving utensils

ENTERTAINMENT HUB:
After dining, venture into the common room for entertainment on the large-screen TV with Netflix and Disney+ as you overlook the galaxy with a hand-painted wall mural. Enjoy provided board games like Star Wars Monopoly, Uno, Dominoes, Darth Vader Simon Says, or read a book from the large eclectic collection.

DROID MAINTENANCE CENTER:
In the laundry room, you will find a washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board and iron. The garage transforms into a Game Room where you can enjoy playing pool, Foosball, or Darts.

OUTDOOR CANTINA:
Head outside for a barbecue on the covered patio with cozy rope lights overhead, relax on the loungers, or swim in the pool, all under the lanai's protective cover.

PARKING & ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
Up to 6 starships are permitted per reservation. Parking is available for two starships on the driveway. The neighborhood also allows for additional starships to park on the street. The gated community is surrounded by a wildlife conservation area covering over 300 acres, including natural woodland right in the middle of the community.

Only a few miles from Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this resort serves as a haven from the outside world, yet it is just a short distance to Orlando’s world-class attractions and theme parks.

COMMUNITY FEATURES:
The beautifully landscaped grounds also feature children's play areas. The nearby woodland trail for walking, jogging, or biking winds through the community's natural woodland setting. Emerald Island makes the perfect retreat after a day at the parks or world-class shopping malls. Guests staying at the resort also benefit from additional facilities including:

Conveniently located off Hwy 192 West at Mile Marker 4, Emerald Island offers easy access to most major Central Florida attractions, making it the perfect base for your interstellar adventures.

Getting Around:
While you'll enjoy strolling through our Galactic community, the greater Kissimmee and Orlando sectors are best explored by starship. Free driveway docking is available at the villa for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
• PARTIES & EVENTS: The Galactic Senate has decreed that parties and events are not permitted. The community enforces quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM daily. Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the home and subject to a fine of 250 credits, plus any additional fees imposed by the community. We consider a gathering any number of guests over the stated occupancy—a limit set by the HOA.

• SECURITY & PARKING: The community is protected by 24-hour security. Identification for the pilot and reservation information must be provided to enter. A maximum of 6 starships are allowed through the gate. Our home can accommodate 2 starships in the driveway, with additional docking on the street.

SURVEILLANCE: There is a security camera in use at the exterior front entrance of the home for your safety.

TROPICAL PESTS: Tropical creatures are endemic to our area. We have regular preventative pest control, but it is possible that a critter might sneak inside. Please help us keep them out by keeping windows and doors closed.

POOL: The pool and jacuzzi are not heated. Fortunately, Orlando’s mild temperatures mean they are usable most of the year, but please note it might be too chilly to swim in the winter. The community pools are heated.

BBQ: A gas BBQ is provided, but please ensure it is used outside of the pool screening to comply with local bylaws.
