Overall the house was decent and served our needs, but the service from Evolve was much less than expected.
The listing describing the house was accurate, big house, nice pool and jacuzzi, 8 bedrooms, 8 baths, lots of amenities ... all good.
The not so good ...
There were two refrigerators in the kitchen, one for guests like me. The guest one had food left in it and the smell when the door was opened was awful.
The customer service from evolve, was less than good. The checkin email said to contact Kate for the codes, but gave no contact info for Kate. No code was emailed to me. I txt'd the primary contact for the code 2 days before checkin and didn't hear back. The day before checkin when I was panicked about the code, I called Evolve directly and they weren't very helpful. When I called they said to call one of the owners to get the code. Why couldn't/wouldn't they call and give me the code? This time I called the primary contact and he did give me the code ... panic subsided.
We also paid for a heated pool. When we got there it wasn't on. I called the primary contact and he the controls were on the side of the house and I could go do it. Well, I did eventually figure it out among the maze of pipes, valves and pumps, but it was anything but obvious.
