I stayed at this hotel for one night, and overall it met the basics, but there were a few inconsistencies.
The hotel itself appears updated and generally clean, which I appreciated. The front desk staff was friendly and made me feel acknowledged upon arrival, which set a good first impression.
However, the room I received was not the one I had originally selected, which was disappointing. While the space was somewhat clean, it didn’t feel as well-maintained as expected. There also seemed to be some gaps in housekeeping—although the cleaning manager was polite and even a bit humorous, it gave the impression that the cleaning staff may not always complete tasks as thoroughly or promptly as they should.
Breakfast was decent overall, but the fruit selection looked like it had been sitting out from the previous day—it was mushy and starting to darken, which made it unappealing.
For a short, one-night stay, it was manageable, but there are definitely areas where the hotel could improve, especially with room assignments, housekeeping consistency, and food freshness.
