Detta är ett bekvämt och välskött 3 sovrum, 2 badrum hus med en uppvärmd, skärmad, privat pool. Poolen är uppvärmd till 86 grader fahrenheit. Köket är utrustat med köksredskap, tallrikar och dryckesvaror för 8 personer. Det finns en rad, diskmaskin, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och kaffebryggare och hårtork. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare för gästerna. En av njutning för den här egenskapen platsen är dess NW orientering, där gästerna kan koppla av och njuta av de sista varma strålar kvällssolen när det härdar. Det finns kabel- / satellit-tv-tjänst, 4 TV-apparater, router som föreskrivs för trådlös anslutning till Internet. Husdjur är inte tillåtna och rökning är inte tillåtet. Inga partier av något slag, studenten, möhippa, semester part får hållas på fastigheten. Huset är utrustat med central luftkonditionering och centralvärme och kan anpassas till dina individuella komfortnivå. Utcheckningstiden är 11:00 AM Incheckningstiden är 16:00. Vi välkomnar långtidsuthyrning av 1 till 3 månader året runt.

The hot tub was never hot, the lawn was over grown until our last day. We stayed Monday thru Friday. Mold in small bathroom. Back porch had major grime build up by the house. There’s a dog next door that barks non stop (not the property owners fault, just something to be aware of) they do not provide enough toilet paper, or anything essential you would need for more than 2 days. So prepare to frequent Walmart. Coffee maker with no coffee. The lock box is difficult to manage. The price is low because the listing is inaccurate and they know it. I would not recommend or return to this location unfortunately, even though the neighborhood did feel safe.

Everything was good. The beds squeal along the tile floor, but nothing to crazy. It was clean and very well taken care of. The only thing off was the pantry and a cabinet had opened food packages, almost like someone is eating and drinking while working. The garage door also did not open, so we left it alone and just parked on the driveway.

great nieborhood

this is a wonderful safe neiborhood. We were there for 28 days. There is a large pond outside the back door. Take oa walk around the neiborhood every wants to talk. Propboly stay here next year. Hank

They had most items in the home with their address marked on it saying do not steal, dish towels a cheap mesh clothes hamper. scissors and other things. I realize people do steal stuff but this was ridiculous; they furnished 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 1 week, no laundry soap even though they told us we have to wash the towels before we leave, we left to catch our plane at 4 am so we did not do the towels, the pool had to be filled with water every day, the door knob fell off, we called than emailed them they said they would repair it in the morning, my Daughter told them we did not feel safe as we could not lock the door so they finely sent some one out, The rules said we had to put the car in the garage at night, but we could not get the garage door open, the repair man said it had not worked for quite a while, all in all we feel like we paid way too much for the shape of the place. I normally do not complain about places we rent but I feel that this place is a rip-off. We had to buy trash bags as they only had the ones we were using. and they filled up fast for 4 people.

Good area

Good location, close to Disney and Universal. We had everything we needed near us. The mattress in the second room and the couch in the living room were really bad. The kitchen oven and coffee machine were unsanitary. There is a lot of dust on the fan and chandelier. This house needs a big clean-up. The pool lost water, and we had to check that often. Sorry it was our 6 locations house and it was the wurst. Not enough clean for us.Good thing we were there when a toilet pipe burst, or else the damages to the house would have been very considerable. Good consideration for us? The *manager* came to the house after 55 hours!!! Unbelievable...for a job that takes 5 minutes. Therefore in conclusion, it wasn't enough clean for us!

Great stay

The property was clean and organized. The neighborhood is very nice and the lakes and trees were a great sight. The only problem i have is that i have a family member in a wheelchair and when i asked if there was any step(s), they said no. But there was two steps, one to access the porch and one to get through the door.

In die Jahre gekommen, abgewohnt, ungepflegt.

Wir waren von dem Haus enttäuscht. Das Haus ist ungepflegt, viele Defekte... z.B. Türen des Screens ausgerissen, Tür vom Haus zum Pool durchgefault, diverse Lampen defekt, Unfallgefahr: Poolabdeckung Bodenabsaugung im Kinderpool ausgebrochen / defekt. Klimaanlage: Stellt sich nach ein paar Stunden wider um, kommt man Abends in das Haus ist es warm... Ausstattung: Geschirr ein einziges Sammelsorium, dreckig. Handtücher zusmmengestückelt. Außenanlage sehr ungepflegt. Pool und Poolbereich waren bei unserer Ankunft verdreckt, Möbel teilweise desolat, dreckig, rostig, Liegen nicht nutzbar. Garage nicht nutzbar da nicht zu öffnen. Vorteil des Hauses: Gute Lage, kurze Fahrtzeiten zu Disney, Walmart etc. Alles in Allem würden wir dieses Haus nicht wieder buchen.

Everything you need!

This was a good location for our stay in the area. We decided to extend our trip by a few days by staying here. Check in/ out was smooth, property manager responded quickly when needed, and kitchen well stocked for a quick meal. Pool didn’t heat up like we thought it would, but it did not matter since we didn’t spent a significant amount of time at the house. We spent most of our time at water parks and exploring the area. Would stay here again.

Nice location. Enjoyed the warm pool. Great neighborhood. Could use some basic maintenace. No useable barbecue. Cleanliness could be a little better, flys in the ceiling fixtures and mold in some of the windows otherwise it was a great stay. Hank N

Loved the place!

Wonderful house in a quiet, very walkable neighborhood. It had most everything you could need in the kitchen, great closet space and nice hot water with good pressure in the large master shower. My favorite was the pool area. Screened in, heated pool with enough room for the table and chairs with umbrella and 2 lounge chairs. Many nights we ate our dinner poolside. There is also a kiddie pool, where I sat in a beach chair to read. The house is just a few minutes from Walmart, Publix and many stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

This house was perfect for or weekend stay before our cruise. It was 2 couples and 2 teenagers. We stayed and hung out in kissimmee Friday and Saturday. We went to Olde Towne Friday night to the Car show and Al Capone's Dinner show Saturday night and enjoyed the Pool afterwards
