THE SPACE
This lovely 3rd floor overlooks Lake Cay with sunrise, sunset and SeaWorld fireworks. Incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. The condo is huge at 2100sf with open plan living, dining area and kitchen. Light and bright with a large seating area and 65" Smart TV. The kitchen has granite work tops and comes fully equipped for a quick snack or a gourmet dinner . Just off the kitchen the cozy den has a sofa and smart TV.

BED & BATH
All bedrooms have pillow-top mattress, top quality linens, flat screen TVs with premium channels and overhead fans. The master bedroom features a fabulous king bed, 55" smart TV, walk in closet and huge en-suite bathroom with his and hers vanity, oversized soaking tub, large walk in shower and privacy WC. The second bedroom also has a king size bed and there are 2 doubles in the third bedroom. The 2 guest rooms share a full family bathroom. Just beyond the living area is a fully furnished balcony and the perfect spot to unwind after a hectic day with a cool drink or enjoy breakfast while watching the sunset or the season fireworks from SeaWorld across the lake. The condo has a full-size washer and dryer so pack light and fill your suitcases with shopping bargains!

We are super excited that the new Epic Universe Theme Park has opened across the street. However, the new park has brought a lot of growth to the area, and there are several construction projects around our resort. We want to be transparent about this and have also discounted the rate to compensate.

We provide you with a Digital Guest Guide packed with information for the condo, resort, and the area. This will be sent with your arrival information, it is in your House Manual, and there is also a QR code that is located in the flyer on the kitchen wall.

LOCATION
Vista Cay is a gated resort community in the best possible location, in Orlando, Florida. We are just a short walk to the Orlando Convention Center, and only minutes to all the local attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, and Sea World. We are on Universal Boulevard and Destination Parkway, across the street from the new EPIC Universe, Universal studio’s new theme park, and one block away from International Drive. Orlando International Airport is 15 minutes away, and we have world class shopping at the Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, and Premium Outlet Malls, just 10 minutes away. We are also surrounded by all kinds of restaurants including 5-star dining. Next to the property in Lake Cay Commons, a shopping plaza with a large supermarket (Publix), UPS store, Universal liquor store, Dunkin Doughnuts, Universal Day Spa and Massage, City Nails and Spa of Orlando, Barber Shop, and several restaurants.
