Lakefront Villa På En Prime Läge

  • Våra villor är två våningar höga, fullt luftkonditionerade och fullt utrustade. Alla sängkläder och handdukar ingår.
    En första leverans av tvål, schampo, toalettpapper, pappershandduk och diskmedel finns också.

    De två sovrum / två badrum VILLA (980 sqft.) Funktioner:

    UPSTAIRS: MASTER SOVRUM med 1 queen size-säng och 1 kabel-TV, ett andra sovrum med en våningssäng (full storlek längst ner och en tvillingstorlek på toppen). Ett badrum i sovrummet (och ett badrum på nedervåningen).

    NEDSTAIRS: frukostområde, fullt utrustat kök (elektriskt spannmål, liten ugn, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, diskmaskin, kaffebryggare, brödrost, tallrikar, glasögon, krukor etc.) och ett vardagsrum med en queen size-bäddsoffa, ett badrum , terrass med två stolar och ett litet bord, 1 kabel-TV, tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

    Vår LOCATION är utmärkt för besökare, vi är i Orlando av I-4 inom:
    · 5 minuter från UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, WET'N WILD, SEA WORLD, INTERNATIONAL DRIVE och Orlando Convention Center
    · 8 minuter från Disney, EPCOT och MGM STUDIOS, samt Orlando International Airport.
    · Flera köpcentra, restauranger och livsmedelsmarknader ligger inom 3 minuter från våra villor.
    · 1 timme från Cocoa Beach och Daytona Beach.

    UTOMHUSEN:

We had an excellent stay at Lakefront Villa! The property was exceptionally clean, quiet, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and easily accessible, making it simple to get wherever we needed to go. The host was very responsive, friendly, and great to work with from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Lakefront Villa to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Will definitely book here again!

It was a cozy place and perfect for 4 for a few days. We had some issues with the wifi, but it was a nice place on the water, so we didn’t have much need for it.

If you are looking for an affordable, quick access location for the Discovery Cove, Sea World & Aquatica parks, this is almost unbeatable. Plenty of amenities near by, and an easy drive on the "side roads" down to Disney Springs.The unit does feel quite small, but if you are like us and just need a place to sleep and shower after spending all day at the parks, its plenty good.My wife is extremely sensitive to beds/pillows, and she rated this one of the best sleeps she's ever had on vacation.

Great host and very nice place! Very close to Universal Studios. It's 10 mins away straight down the street!! Very close to a bunch of fun. Wal Mart is 5 minutes away. Nice room and very accommodating to our needs. A and we WILL book here agaim. We can only hope it's available when we do!

Pleasant stay

Myrtle has been very helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and had all that we needed. Location is central and located near a lake.

As mentioned by other guests, the apartment is small. We did not try the sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has city/traffic sounds, so guests should plan ahead if the noise would bother them. The master bath appears to be recently remodeled with a "rain" style showerhead. Dishes in the kitchen are limited, though plenty of pots and pans. Parents with children should bring plastic dishes. The neighborhood is relatively secure and near many parks and the convention center. A short walk to the lake shore with a pleasant view. The tennis courts on the complex are clearly neglected (not the fault of the hostess).

Cozy

It’s close to major Hwys and 5 minutes from Walmart and other shopping places. The area was safe. The property was clean like home away from home. The owner extended our stay just right away as soon as we requested for our needs to stay a little longer. I appreciate your help, Myrtle and we’ll be back again if we visit Orlando again.

Great Location - Great property.

We spent 4 nights at this Villa and had a great experience. We used Uber/Lyft to get to the parks and from the time we were picked up to dropped off was usually 5/10 minutes, great location if you are planning on going to any of them. The house was clean when we got there and the owner even checked in with us half way through our stay to make sure everything was going fine. I would highly recommend staying here and the best part is it was about half the price of any hotel I could find in the area.

Location was 💯

This was an ideal location for Discovery Cove, Sea World, & Aquatica. The place was clean and had necessities. Beds were not uncomfortable…. Walmart was nearby…. 7eleven right down the street was convenient too! It’s close to the interstate so bring a sound machine or use the box fans provided to drown out traffic. Definitely recommend if traveling to this area.

Extra little space for a trip

A good place to spread out if your trip lasts a few days and want to cook for yourself. The stove is a smart electric stove, which took me a while to figure it out. The area was quiet and peaceful when I went (November), but it's also a short drive to many of the theme parks. There is a Target about eight minutes away to buy groceries.

Very convenient to all parks

This Villa has the perfect location. Within 12 to 15 minutes to all Disney parks, less than 8 minutes from SeaWorld and less than 10 minutes from Universal. There is a Walmart down the road and multiple pharmacies in the area. The Villa was very clean and very nice. The bunk beds upstairs were comfortable for the girls and the master bedroom was perfect for myself. There's also a sleeper sofa downstairs. I would highly suggest this property and hope that when we go back to Orlando we get to stay here again

This place is great! From the day we booked, Myrtle was immediately available to answer all of our questions and made everything very easy for us. The villa itself is in a perfect location, very close to all the parks and lots of restaurants too. It is next to a beautiful lake which is visible from the lounge window and we could even see fireworks across the lake in the evenings. There were 6 (adults) of us staying and we had everything that we wanted. There is a large Walmart just down the road for any provisions and 2 parking spaces just outside. Everything we needed in the way of toiletries, kitchen and bathroom products was provided and the place was very clean and tidy. The WiFi is fast and constant with no problems at all during our 2 week stay. We would recommend this villa to anyone that is looking for a comfortable stay in the best location with a fabulous host so thanks again Myrtle

Great Location and Great Price

The unit is very close to Universal Studios. You can actually skip the Interstate and save yourself sometime. It is a very small place but it worked great for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of towels and the Shampoo and Conditioner provided were amazing. Plus there is a box fan in both rooms. A plus for us because we sleep with one at home. It’s a very quite complex with mature palm trees and a great view of the lake and sunsets. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Universal.
