Vista Cay Resort is gated community located on the beautiful Lake Cay only 4 miles from Universal Studio, 3 miles from Sea World, 7 Miles from Disney, 10 miles from the airport, 1 mile from the Convention Center, and across the street from the new Universal Epic park. There is also a Publix and Walgreens supermarket and some restaurants within walking distance from the resort.

The property is equipped with basic housekeeping supplies. A broom/dustpan and mop. There are also house hold cleaners under the kitchen sink for your convenience

House Rules:
-All local guest (Orange, Seminole and Osceola County Florida) must have approval from host PRIOR to booking or we will cancel reservation with no refund

-There is a pool so please be super careful with kids. Please keep doors and gates closed and locked. DO NOT leave kids under 18 alone in pool area.

-NO PARTIES! DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY TO THROW A PARTY. Police will be called. Party will be shut down. No return of security deposit if there is a party.

-No additional guest on the property except for those declared on your reservation. Only registered guest are allowed in the home. No visitors of any kind. Please keep noise to a minimum and be mindful or neighbors.

-Guest Count: For security reasons, the number of people sleeping at the home and their names must be declared in your reservation head count before arrival. Each undeclared person at the home will result in $40/per person, per night charge. Please declare the accurate amount of people at the home. Undeclared guests will be vacated for trespassing or could lead to the removal of the reservation if any of these people are deemed unsuitable guests.

-NO SMOKING! NO VAPING! $500 fee will incur if there is a smoke odor in the home.

-Check in time 4pm and check out time 10am. If check-out late more than 30 minutes passed there will be a $75 fee. More than 2 hrs late check out will be charged another day at base rate. If there is blood, makeup or other stains on our sheets, you will be invoiced for new replacement sheets. DO NOT use the premises for illegal activity. Please remove shoes upon entering the house.

-Pets must be declared at time of booking and approved. There is a pet fee. Any unapproved pet will be fined $250 per night per pet. We are in compliance with ADA and FHA. Just make sure you have the proper paperwork.

-We require a valid copy of the Driver's License or Passport. Just like a hotel, and for security purposes, name on ID should be the same as the credit card used to pay for room. Must be 21

-We do not accept post office mail at this property. UPS and Fedex does delivery to this property but please do not have packages delivered to the house before or after you arrive. Other guest might be staying at the house and we can’t guarantee acceptance of the package for you.

-If you have a complaint regarding any issue or aspect of the property, upon addressing the complaint to VrBO or Host, you are authorizing us to come into the property and resolved the issue up to the standard as previous working condition. We do not need permission to access the property if there's something you deemed unsuitable that needs remedy.

-Violations of House Rules will result in immediate cancellation of your entire booking, WITHOUT REFUND, guest agrees to forfeit the entire deposit, and will be responsible for all damages and all additional cleaning fees.
