Helpful Resort Information

• Standard Check-In & Check-Out Times: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is strictly 10:00 AM.

• Home Week Check-In Day: Saturday.

• Minimum Check-In Age: Primary registering guest must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued photo ID.

• Daily Resort Charge: Includes guest internet access, domestic long-distance calls (30 min max/day), InnSpire TV streaming access, and 2 bottles of water or 2 cups of Starbucks coffee daily. Price includes $25.00 USD resort charge per night, but excludes taxes and government charges.

• Incidental Hold / Security Deposit: A $100 credit card authorization hold is required upon check-in.

• Parking Details: On-site self-parking is $32.00 per day + tax; valet parking is $40.00 per day + tax. In/out privileges are included. EV charging: Nearby, 1 miles.

• Late Arrival / No-Show Policy: Guests arriving after midnight must notify the front desk in advance to avoid reservation cancellation and no-show classification.

• Early / Late Check-Out Fees: Early check-out fee is 100% of 1 night room rate plus taxes. Late check-out from 10 AM to 2 PM is $75 (subject to availability); check-out after 2 PM incurs a 100% full room rate charge.

• Guest Package Policy: Packages received are subject to weight handling fees ($6.25 for 1-15 lbs; $12.50 for 16-30 lbs; $25.00 for 31+ lbs; $90 flat rate per pallet).

• Laundry, Bath, & Kitchen Notice: Unit includes a kitchenette with a 2-burner electric stove, full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, but does not contain an oven. In-suite washers and dryers are not available; complimentary guest laundry facilities are on each floor near units ending in 07. Not all units feature a bathtub (some are shower-only).

House Rules / Policies

• 100% Smoke-Free Property: Non-smoking in guest units, balconies, and indoor public spaces. A $250 fee will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room.

• Strictly No Pets: Pets are not permitted on resort premises. Officially documented service animals are welcome.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 18 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
