Other Things to Note:
• Pool and Spa Heating – Pool and spa heating are OPTIONAL and available for an additional charge of $50 per booked night. All heating requests must be submitted prior to check-in and must cover the entire duration of the reservation. The system heats both the pool and spa to approximately 90°F. Please note that both share the same heating temperature.

• TrackMan Golf Simulator – Complimentary use of the TrackMan Golf Simulator is provided to the booker and their guests. Prior to access being granted, the primary booker is required to (i) electronically sign a Waiver of Liability and Indemnification Agreement (via DocuSign), and (ii) submit a valid form of identification — either a U.S. driver’s license or a valid passport (for non-U.S. residents). Access will only be granted after both documents are received and verified.

• Check-In Instructions – Detailed check-in instructions, including property access information, will be provided electronically on the morning of your scheduled arrival date.

• Outdoor Grill – A propane BBQ grill is provided for guest use free of charge. Guests are responsible for supplying propane fuel as needed during their stay (the propane tank is available at the house).

• Pet Policy – Up to four (4) well-behaved small dogs (under 30 lbs each) are welcome. Unfortunately, dogs over 30 lbs and cats of any size cannot be accommodated. An additional nightly fee applies per dog. Please ensure that all pets are declared within the reservation to reflect accurate pricing.

IMPORTANT: If pets are present on the property but not included in the reservation, a penalty fee of $500 per pet, per stay will be applied.

• Resort Amenities – This home includes access to Encore Resort’s on-site amenities, including the arcade, restaurants, bar, and coffee shop. Please note: waterpark access is not included in this reservation and can not be purchased in separate.
