Two things: 1) The kitchen was not well equipped. We had planned on making pizzas our first night there but there was no baking sheet so we had to order out instead. And even through we booked it as a place for 8 people, there were only 6 coffee mugs and shortages on silverware and other dishes as well. 2) The windowsills haven't been dusted in ages which led me to be uncomfortable about how clean the rest of the apartment was. (We did see a few bugs in the kitchen our first night there!). Other than those two things, the place was great. Location was fantastic! Check-in and check-out were so simple. Great response from the owner - very quick and helpful. Overall, would definitely stay here again!

For the most part, the place was nice, seemed clean. There were some things that could use some upgrading (broken blinds, no blinds or window covering at all in a kitchen window right across from other condos). I would have given it higher rating, except that we weren't left with enough supplies. We are a family of 8. The place is set up to sleep 8. We were there for 4 nights and barely there at all during the day. We were left with 2 rolls of toilet paper already on the holders and 1 additional roll. It ran out, and when I reached out to the host, he said he'd have the cleaning people come by the next day. Hello. No toilet paper for 8 people. We were leaving the next day, so that didn't help at all. There were also two tiny thin bars of soap left for the bathrooms that were completely used up by the 3rd day. There were three hand towels and one wash cloth period. Plenty of extra bath towels, but inadequate hand towels and wash cloths. Better set up needed to accommodate 8 people.

Nice place - needs updating

For the most part, we were pleased with our stay. It definitely needs updating. Stains on the carpet and weak floors in the living area. It would help to know that this is an upstairs unit. The area was decent, but not the nicest. My one biggest complaint is that we didn't receive check in information or check out information. I had to contact VRBO to get check in information, and zero check out info was provided

One Night Stay

Property was decent. Older place. As soon as we got there last night we saw two roaches on the door to one of the bedrooms. Beds could use updating. For what we paid for the one night I was hoping it would be a little cleaner (ie. no roaches). Would not book again.

Great stay

Rental is nice and perfect for our 1- night layover from the cruise. The unit has everything we needed for the stay. Location is great to Disney area. The host was very good in communication throughout the stay.

Stay before and after cruise

We stayed 2 nights before and 1 night after a cruise. The 2 nights before we were disappointed that we weren't able to use the pool because the code didn't work. The owner did try to make that right by offering a discount on the returning night which we appreciated. The price for this unit is very affordable and it is in a great location. We did find the unit cleaned to the best it could be. The problem is that the carpet is severely stained and should be torn out. The other main problem is the beds. They are the worst beds I have seen. Cheap box springs which squeak with ever movement and terrible mattresses. The other parts of the unit were perfect with the exception of the windows. We needed to keep the curtains pulled because you couldn't see out of them in the front because of the green moss all over them. I would stay here again and pay double the price if there were new beds and new flooring. As an owner myself, it wouldn't take much to make this 5 stars. If you need to save money, this is a great option.
