Come to Orlando and stay in this lovely villa, specially thought and designed to give guests the feeling of being at home away from home. Fully equipped with the most pleasant and stylish furniture and decorations, stay in this villa comfortably, accommodating all your family and friends for the most complete experience possible on your trip, whether for work or vacation!

Experience the magnificent feeling of being in an exceptionally comfortable home that reminds you of special places. The house was decorated with furniture and decorations in a modern style, with soft and cozy color options.
Fall in love with this beautiful place and home, making your stay even more memorable.
The house has an incredible 3382sqf, built with care and concept, with six bedrooms, two of which are master suites. All bedrooms have a personal bathroom and are equipped with their own televisions.
The home offers a downstairs master bedroom and an upstairs master bedroom. Five more bedrooms with private baths are available. All rooms are located next to the laundry room for easy linen service.
It also has a home theater room, to bring family and friends together in a magical cinema experience, equipped with a 50” flat screen HD TV, where you can relax after a long day at the parks.
There is also a beautiful gourmet kitchen, fully integrated with the dining and living room, which has a 50” HD TV and two gigantic glass sliding doors that give access to a huge patio, where you can have a great barbecue and gather the family and friends, while having fun in the private heated pool (upon request).
The resort has a 24-hour concierge, being a gated community. Also enjoy the Club House and a fully equipped gym, next to the fantastic community pool, jacuzzi and waterfalls.
Throughout the resort, you can ride a bike or walk on the bike path, seeing the beautiful natural and artificial lakes, accompanied by diverse birds and nature around, as it is located at the beginning of Shingle Creek, source of the Everglades.

Family Christmas Vacation

The property looked even better in person than it did online. Everything was very clean upon arrival. Even the towels smelled nice. The host was very responsive.

Spacious Home, bad community

The home was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. It was convenient that all the rooms have their own bathrooms, the host also let us to an early check in since they had no guest check out the day off. We had a couple of issues with the stay! When we checked in we couldn’t enter the home because the battery of the keypad had died, we communicated with the house owner and they gave us the code for the sparekey. They agreed to come change the key pad but no one passed by so we continued using the spare key. We originally booked this location because they confirmed that 5 cars total could fit, when we checked in only 4 cars fit because they had things in the garage. While we were unloading things into the house, 2 cars got towed from the front of the house (they weren’t blocking anyone). They were towed before 11pm. The tows were $175 per car, when we told the Vrbo owner they stopped responding to our messages. They never communicated the HOA policy, when we went through the gate Security also didn’t inform us of anything. The day after the tow when we went to the security to figure out where the car went that’s when they gave us a paper saying the HOA policys. The home was nice, but we did lose a lot of money for their miscommunication! I wouldn’t recommend them.

Spring Break 2024

Overall everything went well, we did not receive any information on how to check in prior to arriving to the property and no information on what we needed to do to check out. Had to contact the property owner when we pulled into the driveway the day of our arrival. There was also only one garbage bag? Didn't know if we should have purchased some or if it was an oversight. Would have like information on if there was a pool heater or what other options were in the house.
