The neighborhood was nice. The rooms were decent. We had a lot of issues with the Wi-Fi and watching tv. The pool was also very dirty so we didn’t get to use it on our off Disney day because we needed to wait for someone to clean it. The owner was responsive and got someone out quickly but they had to shock the pool so we had to wait several hours to use it. The pool gate was also broken so our kids could easily sneak through the opening which was very dangerous. The shower curtains in 3 of the bedrooms at black mold on them. The owner was again responsive and had curtains sent to the house for us to replace them. When we were at the Disney parks we would come home and the upstairs would be very hot as if the air turned off while we were gone for the day and it took awhile for the upstairs to cool down. Overall the stay was ok but I don’t think I would rent from here again.

Family vacation

We were very happy with our stay. House was very clean and well equipped. The only negative comment was that we only found out a few days before we left that there was a charge of 15 per day to use the barbecue although the add did not mention a surcharge. We needed help with the tv's and front door and property manager responded very quickly.Pool was great for the kids and adults at the end of long days.We would definitely use this place again.

Overall, my family and I had a great time at this location. There were some things that could that needed work. The pool lights did not work at all, dryer took forever to dry clothes and towels. The internet did not work at all and the only TVs that worked was the one in the living room and in the theater room. We loved the opened space of the kitchen and living room. Also, there was only one hole of tissue for each bathroom and one set of towels. We had to go and buy towels to bath and dry off with and extra tissue.The beds were not comfortable they needed to be replaced and the shower curtains upstairs needed to be replaced as well., they had mildew on them. Overall, this is a nice house.

Victor our host was excellent, always prompt with replying to requests as was the manager.The house itself is an excellent size for several families.Most areas of the home were spot on, but several areas would be helped by some fresh paint.Also although well equipped we felt the kitchen needs some different saucepans. The outside grill defiantly needs replacing.That being said we had a lovely time in the property in an excellent location.

Great property!

My family had a wonderful stay here, the house is amazing! The neighborhood could be a little loud at times, but that did not interrupt anything my family had planned around the home, for good days on vacation! The host was also very responsive and helpful with anything I had to communicate to him about. Absolutely a great location for Disney World and Universal Studios.

Fun Family Vacation

Great home, amenities and location. Love that it’s gated, no unnecessary street traffic and very quiet at night. 20 min to Disney but we also did the Daytona 500, Gatorland, shopping, Busch gardens and the Kennedy Space Centre. The house is lovely, large enough for all 15 of us to fit comfortably. Lots of great space and we enjoyed all areas of the House. The only thing was we had to supply our own TP (one roll per room provided), dish soap (enough provided for 1 day-ish) and tea towels (one towel provided). We had to hit the store and Walmart for quite a few amenities. We didn’t mind having to buy this stuff, just would have rather known ahead of time. Lastly, the drier is quite slow and should be serviced or replaced, the gym is closed renovations and there is no air hockey as in photos. Everything else is 10/10 house.

Family vacation

This was a wonderful experience and home. If you want lots of rooms,pool and the owner was totally super this home is right for you. Location was perfect for all parks and grocery stores. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

I haven’t had a stress free vacation in a very long time. This home and location was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space. The pool was perfect. Only one incident at night that the neighbor partied until the next morning, but that was the only incident. The owner answered all my questions within the day. I highly recommend this home.

Tv issues

It's not our responsibility to handle the TV issues being on vacation. All tvs was down. We couldn't watch the news for the weather! Netflix was the only channel. Fix your problem, First.

Property was nice but there were not enough towels, dryer did not work properly so drying clothes was a hassle, there were no condiments and tvs did not work except in movie room. None of the bedrooms had working tvs. Everything was relayed to owner who was very responsive and apologized for any mishaps

Villa Review

This is a gorgeous home with many amenities. Unfortunately the wi-fi and TV did not work. It was difficult to get any phone service and when I did I had to leave a message for the manager who got back to my DIL in about 8 hours. We finally got Wi-Fi on Wednesday but the TV never worked (we were able to do some streaming). The ice machine also did not work. It was very difficult to get tickets, order meal delivery and initiate directions without wi-fi. The TV room looked great and we had planned to watch the women's college basketball championship but had to go to a bar to do so. The pool was nice and the kids got a lot of use out of it. Plenty of space for meals and relaxation. Beds were comfortable. Rec Room was lots of fun. Location was convenient. Would have rated this rental much higher if we had wi-fi and TV.

Kissimmee Vrbo

Excellent property for a family with children, or even several adult family members. Loved the fact every bedroom had its own bath. The one drawback to this property is the parking situation. Because the garage contains a game room, the only parking is the driveway, which will only handle 2 vehicles comfortably. There is absolutely NO PARKING allowed on the street, and while the Vrbo said we could park in the clubhouse parking lot overnight, we received info from the gate attendant upon check-in that there could be none. Two of our vehicles received citations from the City of Kissimmee on night 6 of our stay, and our host promptly reimbursed us, which was awesome. However, this particular gated community needs to work with the property owners to provide additional parking opportunities that will not result in citations. With the exception of this issue, the property and Host were EXCELLENT!

Perfect Home for our Disney Vacation

Beautiful home! Exactly as pictured on listing and perfect for our large group that consisted of adults, teens, and children. Great communication with host. Quiet area but close to shopping and Old Town and a short drive to the Disney Parks. Heating the pool was worth it. Would definately return!
