This luxury 4 bedroom villa, located at Windsor at Westside, is in a prime location, offering a SHORT DISTANCE (less than 15 minutes) to WALT DISNEY WORLD.
Windsor at Westside offers water park, lazy river, tennis court, basketball court, soccer field, Gym, restaurant and numerous amenities for the family or just swim in your own private screened pool it is also a perfect way to enjoy the warm Florida weather and have a relaxing day in the sunshine after long days at the theme parks. ."
The space
The space was fully designed for families , the open spaces and the front garden make it perfect to gather and safe to play . We included most needed gears for babies and toddler .
Inspired by the beautiful beaches of Florida , the color pallet will constantly remind your destination and relax .

Windsor at Westside resort is close to major stores making it a 15 minutes drive, we are sorrounded by all types of activities like mini-golf, movie theaters, water parks and even night life at the Sunset walk.

Kissimme Town House

This property is as presented - very clean, convenient location, very nice common recreation areas. There is plenty of room in the home and it is well kept. The host is very responsive and helpful. We had a good time and are planning to return.

A great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay while in Orlando. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect size for our grandkids and had some toys as well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There is a Publix less than 2 miles away which was great. There was a small hiccup with getting the codes to the house and gate but the owner was very responsive and taken care of quickly.

INCREDIBLE VRBO HOME - Rent This One!

The homeowner, Gloria, was fantastic and easy to deal with. She went out of her way to ensure our arrival was smooth and carefree and even surprised us. She truly wants to make sure your stay is the best it can be. The home is amazing! Two rooms upstairs have princess/spiderman themes, and the master bedroom is tastefully decorated. There is also a bedroom downstairs on the main level. The home is spacious and there is plenty of room. The pool area has a nice outdoor table and seating area and an area to supervise pool usage. I was amazed by another great feature that is offered, and that is the nice warm temperature of the community pool and lazy river. We spent hours in the lazy river. The community hot tub is also an added benefit after a long day. The house has pool noodles and inner tubes that can be used in the pool and lazy river as well. Anyone renting this location will be pleasantly surprised with all the amenities! Don’t hesitate and miss out…rent this one today!

Great stay with kids!

A few hiccups with the check-in (wrong code emailed to us) and pool heat (not working for two days) but Gloria was super responsive and resolved issues as quick as possible. The house was exactly as advertised and was the perfect location for a few days at Disney and a few days enjoying the community amenities!

Great Property

Gloria, our host, was very gracious. The property was very inviting, felt like home away from home, had all the amenities we wanted or needed. The rooms were spacious, decorated very nice, plenty of storage, and seating and eating areas. I had a milestone birthday I was celebrating and she made the occassion very special for me; I will not forget her kindness.

Great Stay!

We had a great time at Gloria's home! The set up was perfect for us and our four kids. They enjoyed the splash pool in back as well as the amenity center. The home was comfortable for all of us and the upstairs loft was great for the kids with extra toys. Gloria was very responsive and helpful with any issues and questions. We would gladly stay again!

Beautiful Hidden Gem

This home was absolutely gorgeous. It’s located in a gated community. To me, I felt like I was in a resort. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The owner went above and beyond. We were greeted with a welcome package. Everything in the home is accessible, organized, and labeled. The private pool was a plus. The club house has a pool, a small water park for the kiddos and a lazy river! Gloria answered all my questions and advised me in the best way possible. She explained things thoroughly. She honestly accommodated my needs and made this trip special. We are already looking forward to our trip in June. We will definitely be back. Thank you Gloria <3
