This newly renovated, large lakefront home has 6 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. It has a private pool/spa and a game room. There is enough accommodation to suit larger families with children and babies or groups seeking spacious amenities, sleeping up to 18 guests. This beautiful vacation home is located in the gated community of VillaSol, a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 14 minutes from MCO airport, 23 minutes from Disney World and 33 minutes from Universal Studios. VillaSol has a children's playground, basketball courts and tennis court. There are a vast selection of restaurants, shops and other amenities located nearby.
The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee bar, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, range, dishes, cookware and high chair. The breakfast nook will seat 6 and the island seats 2. The spacious dining room table seats 8.
The master bedroom, which is located upstairs, is beautifully decorated and has a king-sized bed and an attached master bath. The 2nd bedroom, located downstairs, has a king size bed and a port a crib for infants. There is a full bathroom in the hall next to the 2nd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has a beach theme and a queen size bed, with an attached bathroom. The 4th bedroom is decorated with a Fantasia Mickey Mouse theme and has a triple bunk bed with a fun slide. The 5th bedroom has a sweet Minnie Mouse theme and a Queen size bed. The 4th and 5th bedrooms are attached with a Jack and Jill bathroom that has a Disney theme. The 6th bedroom is Star Wars themed and has 2 bunk beds with a trundle bed. There is also a full size sleeper/sofa in the living room, which sleeps 2.
Relax in peace and tranquility by the private pool and spa, overlooking a beautiful lake. Pool and spa heat are included. It also has a fire pit to enjoy.
The home has a laundry room with washer and dryer and there is ample supply of towels and linens. There are TVs, Rokus and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, living room, game room and outside on the pool deck. The game room is Marvel themed and offers a pool table and theater seats to enjoy your favorite movies. There are desks in 2 of the bedrooms and free high speed Wi-Fi.
We have beach towels, beach umbrellas, sand toys and coolers in case you would like to make a trip to the beach. Cocoa beach is one hour away.
There is room to park 2 vehicles in the driveway and street parking is available.
The property management company is available 24 hours a day if you have any problems at the home.
This is a non-smoking and pet-free home.

The home was in very good condition. Lisa was very helpful in giving us a tour of the home before rental so we could see its suitability. She helped in numerous other ways. She made the pool/spa warm enough for grandkids to enjoy.

We were in town for a wedding near Lake Nona and this was a very convenient location. The house & decor were beautiful. The pool and hot tub were great entertainment for the kids/teens. We very much enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for 3 nights. The location was perfect—very close to the USTA campus.However, there were several issues:•The TV only had Roku; cable should be available.•The kitchen table had stains from previous guests, and we had to clean it ourselves.•There were leftover foods in the fridge.•The jets in the tub didn’t work, and the swimming pool was dirty.•The bunk beds were extremely unstable, and the mattresses were very hard.

Great space but needs maintenance

The space of the house was great and as stated on the website. The owner communicated with us promptly about gate and door codes. We did get quick responses when asking about property issues when we were there. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes and several rooms had lighting issues. For example, there were 2 out of 7 light bulbs working over the sinks in the master bedroom. The light over the kitchen table worked but was covered with dust. The kitchen had no pot holders or dish cloths. Soap dispensers were missing in several bathrooms and no paper towels were left for us. The outside fire pit wasn’t operating. The trash cans outside were full.

Nice location. Not user friendly

Could not use the hot tub because when it would heat up the water would go out so when you sat in the hot tub you were only in the water from waist down. Could not told how to use the jets for the hot tub. TV in master bedroom did not work, could not set the thermostat downstairs because it was locked..Cleanliness ,of specially the bathrooms was lacking .

Not what was advertised

We ended up leaving a day early because everyone was uncomfortable. There are only 5 bedrooms, the bunk beds were tiny and my children are tall. One of the bathrooms was filthy and unusable. The ac in the garage/gameroom was broken. This home was not as advertised.

Repeat Golf Trip

Great house in a very safe feeling area. House has nice spaces. The only issuse was that the pool continued to loose water, which prevented the skimmer from working. I suspect that this will be fixed in short order. We look forward to our stay there next year,

Lovely home in a serene setting

What a fabulous family gathering we had in this beautiful home. The home is very roomy and the pool area is divine. We used the pool and hot tub every day while enjoying the scenery and wildlife doing their thing in the lake. It was awesome. The kitchen is large and well equipped. There were a couple of maintenance items that we were in contact with the host about but the issues were resolved right away. Huge master bedroom! And all the other bedrooms were as described. We’d definitely consider booking this property again sometime!

Loved the property

The property was beautiful, clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The only thing we would suggest would be printed instructions regarding the thermostat, the pool and spa settings and the stove top range. We loved the property and would not hesitate to stay again and again!

Did the Job-Needs Better Cleaning.

We rented this property for a trip to Disney, we are a family of 4. Perks: There was plenty of space, and each room had an attached restroom. We travel with a 8 year old with type 1 diabetes, so the host allowed us to check in early which was very helpful to get settled. Some things that need work: Cleanliness was just not where we felt it should be. The railings on the staircase were super tacky, the bathtub in the master had water rings around the tub, game room had mold in the top of the pool table and an overall musty smell. Washer/Dryer were definitely mildew-y, and the interior rugs were very worn-out (And a trip hazard!) Kitchen table was a painted tile and looked like it needed a good deep-clean. Almost all plates were chipped, etc. Something that could definitely be upgraded is the master bedroom mattress & pillows. After miles upon miles of walking at the end of a day at the parks you can imagine just how important a good mattress and pillows are. Pool was cold upon arrival, which may have been because we checked in a couple hours early. Water was clean for the most part. Weirdly enough the hot tub lost a huge volume of water and starting spitting air and water out if the jets. Host was responsive and asked us to fill it with an outside hose. Gate to community was not operational, so the pass and codes were unnecessary. We weren't disgusted, overall not a bad stay, but wouldn't stay at the same property again on our next trip.

Pool issues

House was nice size for a group of 12 but the pool broke down twice during our stay. The host was great with responsiveness and getting the pool fixed each time, but still very unfortunate, as we had 3 designated “pool” days and unable to use pool for 2 of them. House was mostly clean but there was a lot of dust on ceiling fan and stuffed animals. The Minnie room’s decorative pillows were slightly stained and the lowest bunk in the blue Mickey room had a urine stain on the mattress pad. I’m not very picky when it comes to cleanliness but someone in my party was who rated the cleanliness 3/5. I would give a 4/5. We knew there was a bachelorette party there the week before us as we found multiple “ring” decorations throughout the patio. The propane take was also empty but the host fixed that right away. Just more thorough cleaning and inspection prior to each guest would make this property 5/5.

A view minor things were broken or didn't work. This did not effect our stay in any way. The Homeowner was very helpful and polite. The one time we did call, she came over herself to check it out. Other issues were minor, so i didn't bother to call her. We enjoyed our stay and we had a wonderful experience.

You Should Stay Here...

It was the perfect place for what we needed and it felt just like home! We really loved the house and had several people even spend the entire day just at the house just with the different things you could do, plus it's not a far drive to really anything in Orlando! We would go back again, no questions asked!
