A luxurious 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom villa with private pool, hot tub and games room. The home is located within the premium gated resort of Windsor Hills. As well as holding an excellent location close to the attractions, Windsor Hills boasts a wide selection of resort amenities to make for an unforgettable vacation.

The spacious living room is at the heart of the home offering a large 75” smart TV and comfortable sofa seating to relax together. Cable TV and high speed fiber internet are included.

The updated kitchen, with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. New coffee machine just added that works with K-cups. There is a bright breakfast nook or formal dining area for enjoying meals. Or why not dine outdoors?

The screened outdoor area features a private pool and hot tub. There is a covered area with seating for 8 and a TV to relax in the shade, or loungers to soak up the Florida sunshine. Pool/spa heating is available on request at an additional charge. The BBQ is included at no extra charge (guests responsible for cleaning and propane which can be purchased at the Walmart/Wawa minutes away).

This property includes three king bedrooms. The main floor primary bedroom is a generous size with ensuite bathroom including double sinks within an upgraded vanity, together with a walk-in wardrobe. There is another king bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor as well as a Star Wars themed bedroom with bunk bed (twin above full with twin trundle). Upstairs there is a further king bedroom together with a princess themed room also with bunk bed (twin above full with twin trundle). Each bedroom has a TV and ceiling fan plus its own adjacent bathroom. There is also a secret Harry Potter hang out area to find!

There are hours of fun to be had in the games room – which is also air conditioned. There is a pool table, 3 arcade machines, Infinity table, and large screen TV with Xbox.

With all this space, even multiple families staying together will have plenty of privacy to unwind after a long day at the parks.

Disney is just 10 minutes drive away and Universal 25 minutes.
