Layout Note: All four bedrooms are located on the second and third floors. Stairs are required.

*Important Resort Access Note: Guests staying at Seas Life Cottage can enjoy Sunset Walk, Island H2O Water Park, Barkaritaville Dog Park, the spa, and dining. Island H2O requires day passes. Please note that this private cottage does not include access to the resort's Fins Up Beach Club pools or gym. We do not charge resort fees.

Traveling With Your Dog

Seas Life Cottage welcomes well-behaved dogs, with a maximum of 2 dogs and prior approval.

*Pet Fee: $175 per dog per stay.
*Rules: Dogs must follow community rules, remain on leash when outside, and cannot be left alone in the home unless crated.

Guest Access & Parking

*Keyless Entry: Contactless self check-in via private keyless entry code.
*Free Parking: Park directly in front of the cottage, on a first come, first serve basis.
*Gated Community Entry: Guest registration is required prior to arrival.

House Rules & Important Information

*Booking Age: Primary guest must be 21 or older to book.
*Smoking & Vaping: No smoking or vaping inside or on balconies.
*Parties & Events: No parties, events, or unapproved extra guests.
*Security Camera: Exterior Ring doorbell camera is at the front entrance, facing the parking area. No cameras inside the home.
*Community Rules: Community quiet hours and rules must be observed during your stay.
