You will not have access to hotel services like daily housekeeping or concierge, but you do have full access to shared amenities.

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. before check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.

No Parties or Events: Parties or events are not permitted. A $1000.00 fee will be deducted if detected.
