Overview - This exquisite 5-bedroom villa, nestled in the tranquil Legacy Park community known as The Retreat, promises an unparalleled experience in Davenport. Boasting tasteful furnishings and decor throughout, a state-of-the-art kitchen, multiple spacious lounge areas for relaxation, generously sized bedrooms, and a Star Wars-themed games room.

Living - Inside the villa, the first lounge area welcomes guests with abundant natural light and comfortable sofas, while the main family lounge provides a cosy setting for movie nights with its large corner sofa and flatscreen TV overlooking the pool deck. Upstairs, a fun Superheroes-themed lounge equipped with cinema-style seats and a gaming console awaits the kids. The modern kitchen, complete with contemporary appliances and a breakfast bar, offers a perfect space for culinary endeavours and casual conversations.

Bedrooms - Accommodations include a Master bedroom with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a Queen-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom upstairs, another Queen-size bedroom with en-suite facilities on the ground floor, and two additional bedrooms upstairs - one with twin beds and the other with bunk beds. Each bedroom features a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for added comfort.

Entertainment – You will find a Star Wars-themed games room featuring table football, pool, and air hockey tables.
