    Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

    A BBQ grill is kept at the home and is available for rent. Charcoal grills are not allowed.

    3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?

    There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.

    4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?

    The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)

Home was fantastic, everything was exactly as listed. We had a couple of hiccups, but the team were fantastic about working them out for us. The property manager was very friendly and responsive to text. The location was great - short distance to Disney and several food choices nearby. We will definitely be back.

First off I would like to say how wonderful the host was!!! The house was beautiful and spacious and also in a great location. I really enjoyed the game room, it was amazing. I loved the pool and how we could watch movies while enjoying the pool. Overall, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely book this house again.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay , grocery stores and food spots were close and very convenient. The kids had a blast!! Especially with the arcade everyone enjoyed the stay would definitely book here again.

The house and property were beautiful! We had plenty of room for our group which included 6 kids and 6 adults. Everyone enjoyed the arcade games and the pool and hot tub (or as the kids called it the “hot pool”). All the attractions are no more than 25 minutes away. We were very impressed with the security of the property. A key card was required to get in and out of the property, and security was always present if we needed help. It’s comforting to know that security was of the upmost importance, especially with 6 kids. We have stayed at other properties in the area and the security of those properties was non existent. We are already planning on coming back next year!

We had an incredible time! House is beautiful and above and beyond our expectations. Kids loved the pool game room and theater. There was no need to do extra activities the resort was beautiful and so relaxing. Well definitely be back!!

Excellent stay and accommodations. It was a great space for us. We took our 3 adult children and their mates and our 3 grandchildren to Sea World, plus my brother and his son joined us. The arcade/game room upstairs was a hit for everyone (kids and the adults)! It was a little pricey but ended up being best solution since the weather was iffy throughout the stay. You literally never need to leave this house if you choose not to. I also liked that it was in the cul-de-sac. Our street wasn't congested. Hopefully we catch a better rate, so we can come back. Host was great. Never ran into issues so didn't need to contact. Thank you!

This house was amazing for our spring break with 7 kids ages 10-17yrs old and 3 adults. Everything was clean , well maintained & labled clearly. The kids loved the theater & the game room upstairs. The home is lightly stocked so make sure you bring extra essentials like toiletries, paper towels trash bags extra towels And laundry detergent. We really enjoyed our stay.

The kids enjoyed the theater and arcade. The place could definitely use a deep clean. There were hairs on the sheets on the beds and towels. Also, trash and cleaning supplies left behind by the cleaning crew. The last day I didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood because a strange man rang our doorbell asking to detail our vehicles and another man was sitting in a truck in front of the house watching us leave. The people beside us were also smoking marijuana on their patio so we didn’t use our pool much.

What a spectacular home! We had our annual Valet Health team retreat here and couldn’t have been happier. The amenities and decor were fabulous! Highly recommend anyone with several people in their group to stay here.

Great Orlando area resort, we were minutes from Disney. Properly outfitted for large gatherings, there were 10 adults and 3 children in our party, and there was something to do for everyone. Outstanding theaters, one inside and one out, and a game room that rivals commercial establishments. Had a few minor hiccups with a couple of the consoles, but tech staff showed up quickly and rectified the issues, save for one gun controller. No big deal, we just moved on to the other games. Whatever the top rating is, this place earned it and more.
