We are pleased to offer our beautiful privately-owned 4 bedroom 3 bath home. Our home has a private screened-in pool, hot tub, and patio area right outside the glass sliding door. This is the way your family was meant to vacation - totally affordable with so many extras! The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, ice maker, toaster, blender, coffee maker and much more. The dining area seats six in comfort at the table and an additional four in the breakfast nook (overlooking the pool). There also is a breakfast bar that has three stools. There is patio furniture for dining by the pool. There are child alarms fitted at all doors leading to the pool area. The living room has a 60" TV, DVD. The master suite has a plasma TV, king-size bed and an attached master bath with an oversized bathtub and separate shower. The Jr. master suite has a TV, queen-size bed and a private bathroom. There is one twin room with TV. WE PROVIDE FREE HIGH-SPEED INTERNET ACCESS FOR OUR GUESTS.



This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of additional cost plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit.

Pet must be disclosed and additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.



There is an additional optional charge per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.

Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

This is an industry-standard practice.

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
