The resort has 24h gate keeper, being a gated community. There's a Club House and gym fully equipped, by the fantastic community pool, jacuzzi and waterfalls.
All around the resort, can go riding a bike or walk on the cycle path, seeing the beautiful natural and artificial lakes, followed by various birds and nature around, as it is located on the beginning of Shingle Creek, headwaters of the Everglades.

The home has amazing 3382 sqft (380m2), built with all the care and concept, with six bedrooms, two of which being master suites. All the bedrooms have its personal bathroom and are equipped with their own TV’s.
Also, there is a totally decorated Disney-themed children room.
The house offers a downstairs master bedroom and one master bedroom upstairs. Four more bedrooms with private bathroom each are available. All of them are located closely to the laundry room to facilitate the service with linen cloth.
It counts too with a home theater room, to join the family and friends on a magical experience of the movies, equipped with a flat-screen 60” HD TV, mini kitchen, mini bar and microwave, where you can relax after a long day at the parks.
There is also a lovely gourmet kitchen, fully integrated with the dining room and living room, which counts with a 60” HD TV and two gigantic glass sliding doors that gives access to a huge patio, where you can have a great barbecue and gather family and friends, while having a relaxed time by the heated (upon request) private pool and spa.

Extra fees:
- pool heater: U$ 50/ per day - available only for the whole stay;
- daily optional housekeeping: U$ 130/ per day;
- propane for the grill not supplied - unless asked ($50 per bottle);
- no pets allowed: $200 fine;
- no smoking of any kind allowed: $200 fine.
- two parking spaces by the house/ extra parking lot at the club house. (Cars parked on top of grass or pedestrian sidewalk with be towed at guest expense).
