Nice Villa är ett efterfrågat fritidshus i Windsor vid Westside. Koppla av och njut av att spendera tid med din familj och vänner i detta underbara hem. Hemmet är professionellt inredda och erbjuder 7 sovrum och 5. 5 badrum.

På första våningen har du en master-svit med en king size-säng och eget badrum. Det finns också ett halvt badrum nere, bredvid tvättmaskin och torktumlare. På andra våningen hittar du resten av sovrummen. Rum 2 har en drottningssäng och eget badrum. Det finns ytterligare ett sovrum på övervåningen med en king size-säng och eget badrum. Rum 4 har en drottningssäng. Rum 5 har två enkelsängar. Temarummet Simba har två enkelsängar. Den lilla sjöjungfrun tema sovrum har två enkelsängar.


När du bor i detta hus har du tillgång till alla anläggningens bekvämligheter! Windsor at Westside ligger i Kissimmee-området med enkel tillgång till Orlando Orlando temaparker, restauranger och shopping. Windsor at Westside ligger bara 30 mil från Orlando internationella flygplats och har bekvämligheter på anläggningen som ett klubbhus på 5 000 kvadratmeter, enorm pool med rutschkana och tiki-bar. Du hittar också ett fitnesscenter, volleybollplan, diverse butik och videospel.

Njut av allt som Orlando har att erbjuda, till exempel temaparkerna: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica och andra attraktioner som I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Köpcentra som The Mall at Millenia, Florida Mall och The Outlet Mall. The house was well maintained and very comfortable. Overall, I would go back. The resort was the only thing we did not enjoy. You can not go in with food, they dont provide floats, and the food was expensive.

The property was just as described. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, and clean. We had family staying on Disney property, different locations, the drive around to their locations as well as to the parks was easy and quick. Gave the check in process 4 stars because the there was an access code needed to for gate that was not given. The guard manning the gate did let us in the first evening but told us we would need to get it for the next day. After reaching out to our contact person the response was very quick. We had a few questions during our stay and were replied to very quickly and courteously. Wonderful property. Highly recommended .weresponse was very quick

The house was clean and check-in process was very good. I got communications from Property mgmt company and had a starter kit inside the house which was appreciated. The house was located in a beautiful community that was a reasonable commute from the Disney theme parks

Reviewer Comments: In the time of a global pandemic, we opted to "quarantine" and socially distance ourselves by choosing a home that would allow enough space and entertainment for our group. On the first day, we noticed the fridge wasn't working at the right temperature and contacted Florida Spirits immediately. The lack of communication and no sense of urgency on their end was frustrating. Instead of maintaining our social distancing, we were forced to visit several gas stations and grocery stores multiple times during our trip to replace melting ice and spoiling food. This created unnecessary exposure to our families. We were also forced to spend more money than budgeted for. To experience all this unnecessary stress after paying thousands to escape stress is disappointing, to say the least. Without this, it may have been a good experience. The house was in a great location. It also had the space to accommodate our group.

The house was clean and was perfect! The only complaint i have is the tv in the livingroom was not working correctly and the cell reception was horrible. it will not work unless you have WIFI. Will definitely rent again.

This home is very nice and clean! There is no cell service on any carrier. New construction nextdoor

We had four families and all had different phone service, no one had cell service all week. They are building a new house two doors down, they started construction before 7:00am every morning!! We stay in this neighborhood every year and this house has very limited towels, especially the kitchen!! One of each was all. They advertise a hot tub and swimming pool, the only way to use the HOT tub is to pay and extra charge everyday, we couldn’t believe how cold the swimming pool was!! You want it warm, you have to pay for it as well! This house is very nice and clean!! It’s a great house if you don’t need to make any phone calls, you don’t mind loud construction with guy yelling all day up into 8pm and using a cold hot tub!!! We won’t be back!!!
