Upstairs, kids and teens will love the themed bedrooms, including Avatar, Harry Potter’s Hogwarts Express, and Super Mario, while adults can unwind in one of the elegant king suites.

    • POOL HEAT:

    Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



    • GRILL:

    Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Property mgmt company UNRESPONSIVE sadly

Property itself was wonderful for floor plan and decorHowever - calls for a dead door lock on day 2...were not acted on until a second call had to be made at 10 pm at night when we had called 8 hours earlier.....frustrating as we had children that had to wait for an emergency technician - no followup until another call placed hours later... No lock box to gain access - response the next day was that they would have a lock box installed at this property, not helpful to us their guests locked out of the homeRequested a late checkout to be told to reach out the day before our departure, we did and no response at all....3 rolls of toilet paper in 5 bathrooms for the week, one garbage bag and one dishwasher pod for the weekAnts in second floor bedrooms and bathrooms...Did not meet the standards we have come to expect in staying in a VRBO property at allHome is lovely for a family vacation IF the property mgmt company took more care and attention for their guests and their stay

Overall, the house is very well kept and equipped. However, be aware of a few things:1. The location description on VRBO makes it appear that this house is much closer to the Disney Parks. This is extremely inaccurate. It’s at least 30 minutes to Magic Kingdom. The closest is Animal Kingdom which is 20ish minutes away. 2. The doors squeak so loud in the bedrooms. After laying kids down to sleep and trying to exit, the doors would wake the kids up as they were excessively loud. 3. There is no dedicated parking. It’s first come, first serve. After a late night in the park, we would often have to search for parking as there was none available directly in front of the home.The rooms are themed well, the kitchen was well equipped, and overall the house was a decent experience. I was just throughly disappointed in the misrepresentation of how close this house is to the Disney parks. I feel that I vastly overpaid for this property given its location.
