IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Rental Agreement:
• All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in.

Self Check-In:
• This home is self-check-in.
• Guests will receive a personalized door code 24 hours prior to arrival.
• There is no lobby or in-person check-in.

Starter Supplies (Not Replenished)

A complimentary starter supply is provided for day one only:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• Travel-size hand soap and shampoo per bathroom
• 2 garbage bags per bin
• 1 paper towel roll
• 2 dishwasher pods
• Dish detergent and sponge

* Basic kitchen essentials are included (pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils).
* No condiments, seasonings, coffee (or filters), or tea are provided.

Pool & Spa Heating (Optional)
• Available October - March for $45/day
• Must be requested for the entire stay
• Must be requested at least 72 hours before arrival
• Last minute reservations we cannot accept pool heating
• Heating takes 24 - 48 hours
• Pool and spa share the same water; spa heating requires pool heat
• Not available April - September
• Heating effectiveness may vary below 60°F

Pool Service
• Pool is serviced every Monday
• Pool may be unavailable for approximately 3 hours during servicing
• Pool heating is not intended to reach hot tub temperatures

Pool & Spa Use:
• Guests use the pool, spa, and surrounding areas at their own risk.
• No lifeguard is provided, and guests are responsible for the safe use and supervision of everyone in their party.

Grill Notice
• No grill is provided
• Grill rentals are available locally
• Grilling must be done on the grass, not the patio
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess or damage

Parking Notice (Strict Enforcement)
• Parking for up to 4 vehicles (3 inside the driveway, 1 on the apron without blocking the sidewalk or grass)
• Overflow parking available at the clubhouse for additional vehicles
• Electric vehicle chargers available at the clubhouse (shared amenity)

Security Cameras
• One security camera is located in the driveway (facing the street)
• One camera is positioned on the pool equipment area (not facing the pool).
