Security & Protection Fee

A one-time $35 fee covers identity verification and accidental damage protection up to $50,000, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay. This is bundled with the cleaning fee as one total.



Starter Supplies

We provide a starter kit of toiletries, paper goods, detergents, and trash bags. Long stays may require additional supplies.



Cleaning

Our professional team performs a full turnover before each guest. Mid-stay cleanings are available upon request for an additional fee.
