Great house next to community club.

Great house right across the street from the community club. And about 15 minutes to Disney. Just wish there were some condiments (salt, pepper, olive oil ect..) and wish there were face cloths. But I would highly recommend.

When we arrived after midnight from our flight the gate was closed and the QR code and manual keycode that we were given didn't work. After receiving a couple of different QR codes that all didn't work, we ended up getting in from someone who pulled up behind us. Finally getting to our house, the code to get in didn't work either. The lock is very finicky and the unlock/lock is one button that you have to carefully press on one side or the other or the code won't go through. All that to say, arrival was rough and not user friendly. When we woke up the first morning the pool was only half filled. They sent out a pool maintenance company, but it took a day to fill and treat and it never had time to even get to the outdoor temperature -- so it was never used. We thought it had a hottub, but the side appears to just be a kiddie pool with jets. While it was clean, there were not enough towels, blankets and no hand towels or wash cloths were provided. The kitchen didn't even have salt or pepper. The beds had significant sags in the middle so if you were sleeping with someone it was like you were on a blow up mattress. The internet and TV were horrible. We tried watching a family movie in the main living room and it wouldn't even load a main screen. I ended up using my personal hotspot to display a movie we had downloaded for the plane. The bedroom TVs did okay as they had a different streaming platform, but overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

Orlando Vacation

This property has such potential. Check-in was simple, communication ahead of our arrival was excellent. The home had plenty of space for our group of 7. The location within the property was also good as it was right by the pool and lazy river. Shopping and restaurants were nearby. The private pool was also a bonus and we enjoyed sunning on the veranda. The problems we encountered - the code to the gate of the property did not work. We communicated with the management company, but never did get a code that worked. I think the gate was broken. The master bedroom is on the second floor. My husband and I stayed on the first floor and let our adult kids take over the second floor. The first night we slept on an upside down pillow-top mattress that had a mattress pad and sheets over it. We couldn’t figure out why it was so uncomfortable. We were basically sleeping on wood and springs! That bedroom got very hot at night making it hard to sleep. The skillets were very scratched up t-fal and difficult to use as everything stuck to them. We had 4 pool towels and just enough bath towels. No extras. It felt like it was just a rental investment property. I I have been spoiled by the other VRBO homes I’ve visited. Usually they have a nice game closet, good cookware and a few spices, shampoo, conditioner and soap and even hand soap. This one did not. But it did have WiFi, a pool, and a good location.
