Living space

The open-plan ground floor flows from living room to dining area to kitchen without a wall in sight, giving the whole group space to decompress together after a long day out. A dedicated workspace means remote workers or trip planners aren't left scrambling for a surface. Step outside to the private patio - a shaded corner spot with outdoor furniture that's well suited to morning coffee or an evening wind-down in the cooler Florida air.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a quiet retreat with its own ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the third bedroom is set up with a double bed and a bunk bed - a practical layout for families traveling with kids or guests who don't mind sharing. A laundry room on the second floor keeps the end-of-trip scramble manageable.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is stocked for real cooking - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, and a coffee maker are all on hand. Solid surface countertops give you prep space, and the dining table seats the group comfortably. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are provided. A starter supply of dish soap, dishwasher pods, and kitchen towels is included for your arrival.

 

Bathroom

Two and a half bathrooms serve the home, including the primary ensuite. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.

 

Family & comfort extras

Pack 'n play, children's dinnerware, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, iron, hangers, and clothing storage are all available. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are in place throughout the home.

 

Community amenities

As a guest of Crestwynd Bay, you have resort access to the community's heated pool, two playgrounds, and walking trails - all within the secure, gated grounds. Free parking on premises is included.

 

Location

Crestwynd Bay sits 1.5 miles from Disney's entrance, placing Disney's Animal Kingdom around 8 minutes away, Magic Kingdom around 10 minutes, Hollywood Studios and Epcot within 10-12 minutes, and Disney Springs roughly 12 minutes out. Orlando Premium Outlets, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios are all reachable within 25 minutes along the major roads that connect this part of Kissimmee to Central Florida's main attractions.

 

Good to know

A starter pack of essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, washer pods, and kitchen towels - is provided on arrival. Longer stays may require additional supplies. Check-in is from 4 PM; checkout is by 10 AM. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.
