We are located within the World-Renowned Windsor Hills Resort in Kissimmee, FL, just 2 miles to Walt Disney World. We overlook the beautiful conservation area of Reedy Creek Lake. NO REAR NEIGHBORS and privacy screens around the bottom sides of the pool lanai for additional privacy.

Crush Crash Pad WDW was designed to bring your family a special place to build wonderful family memories or just take a break from wind and cold with the amazing pool area with loungers and spa to soak and relax. As you are Welcomed into Crush's Crash Pad with beautiful living room with 2 couches and a Full size Massage Chair. Many guests say their family lines up for their turn in the chair. There is a dining room with marble table seating for 8. We have a desk with printer and guestbook,( paper included)

Through to the back family room there is an attached open Kitchen with table that seats 6. The back family room has another Massage Chair, 55" Roku TV with a large Blu-ray and DVD selection, 2 couches. + Off the family room is a laundry room with HE washer and Dryer. We offer complimentary laundry soap tabs and bounce sheets.

Through the door to the STAR WARS GAME ROOM:

Star Wars game room:
65" mounted TV (brand new in March 2021), 2 couches to relax and have family movie nights.
PlayStation 4
Brand new Pac Man/ Galaga arcade game this has 6o fun classic games: space invaders, frogger, dig dug, donkey Kong, MS Pac man
Pool and more.
Wide variety of Disney and other games for family fun.

Kitchen

Kitchen has fully stocked supplies: Mickey Mouse crock pot, toaster, Mickey Mouse waffle maker. Ninja coffee maker, Keurig maker with cups to start, new dish set for 18, new silverware for 16, Mickey cake pan, plastic bowls, storage plastics, new copper chef cookware set, lots of pots and pans, Wine glasses for 12, plastic dishes for every day. Kids bowls and dishes, toddler cups and utensils, Ninja blender, hand mixer. There are 2 safes in the pantry closet to keep your valuables safe.

Pool area:

We offer one of the few villas to have pool hand rails into the pool and spa. Do you have mobility issues? This is one of our best safety features that we have put into place.
We have a Patio table for 6. 2 individual chairs and one small lounger. New patio furniture with TV on the wall to relax while kids play. Large supply of bath towels and Beach towels for the pool, 3 new loungers. Guest have loved relaxing on the patio to watch the sun rise over the lake, some have seen hot air balloons floating over the lake. Some guests have stated they love just hanging out and playing family games out on the patio table. Others love watching the kids play in the pool while enjoying a family movie.

Bedrooms:
1) Beach tranquility room: King size bed, sitting chair, closet, large ensuite bathroom, sunken bathtub and new rain shower.
2) Marine life room: King size bed, large dresser, chair from Polynesian resort.
3) Silver Screen room: King size bed, closet, bathroom, with shower, dresser.
4) Rapunzel room: twin over full bunk bed, dresser in closet, princess dresses and toys.
5) Crush's room: 1 twin bed and 1 full bed. closet with dresser and kids toys.
6) Disney Memories King size bed, dresser bathroom is just a short hallway walk.

🌟There is a 42" Smart tv. in each king size bedrooms, and a 32"tv in both special children's theme rooms.

Pool and hot tub heat, BBQ with 3 propane tanks. We also offer Toilet paper, paper towels,13-gallon trash bags, large trash bags, Tide laundry soap, Dawn dish soap. Cascade dish pods, Bounce sheets. Free parking, Free waterpark use, high speed internet.

Above and Beyond Great Stay:
Wow. WE love Windsor Hills and have stayed before, but this was hands down the nicest house we had. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the features inside were a nice touch, great kitchen tools and not flimsy, and just perfect for our trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive both before and while we were on the trip. My kids loved the theming and the walk to the spray park and castle park were very easy. Also loved it was the first street from the entrance. We were far enough away to not hear anything and close enough for ease to get in and out of the community. The last night we even saw fireworks from the hot tub. We have stayed in houses before, the water pressure here was great, AC was great, all TVs had access and incredible library of DVDs for the kids and games. We had a blast and would absolutely stay here again!

The perfect spot for Thanksgiving;
We booked another property months in advance and 3 days before we left for the property, the owner cancelled on us stating damage from a recent storm. We found this property last minute and we’re so glad we did. The property was exponentially better than our original. The owners were fantastic about communication. I don’t just mean good, they were fantastic. I could tell from the minute I booked that they cared more about my family enjoying our time together than their own financial gain from the rental. (Not saying looking for the financial gain is bad, but when you do what is right by your clients, the financial gain will come.)
The accommodations were more than we could have hoped for. My sons lived in the game room for the week and the rest of us took turns moving from the massage chairs to the hot tub. 😂 The only minor issues that did arise were IMMEDIATELY!! addressed by the owner. The home had everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to, linens, towels, soaps, tissue etc.
As if this wasn’t enough of a glowing review, the owners felt bad about our previous booking being cancelled and made sure to have an extra treat there for us. It was true customer service. Book this one with confidence. You won’t be disappointed. Just don’t book it for any of the future times we plan on coming back.
We just want our guest to feel like they are truly in a special place where families can have fun making long standing memories with parents and grandparents and cousins and friends.

Safety features:
We offer a new keyless entry with a safety code that will give you contact free entry. The house also has a safety alarm on the patio door for young children safety. Pool safety fence has just recently been replaced, Pool alarm just needs to be pressed before you go out. Great safety for your children

⭐Disclaimer: There are four RING cameras on the outside of the home: 1. at the door. 2. one over garage for the driveway.3. One on each side of the house overlooking our AC and pool heater equipment. This is a security feature to protect homeowners and guests from theft. There is NOTHING that's showing the pool area. THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOME!

We have found it is a 7 min drive to Animal kingdom which is 2.2 miles away. Windsor Hills resort is Amazingly close to Disney parks. We have found the back route going Sherberth road can range from 2 to 9 miles, sometimes we have made AK in 7 min.

We have highly qualified Property management team at 1st for Orlando property management team. They are an amazing team of professionals who do a wonderful job helping our guests when they are at the house. We will be launching new touch-stay digital guestbook for All your information before arrival, by Jan 1,2024.

There is overflow parking in the WH community lot with prior owner approval needed. If you have a third vehicle in your group, overflow parking may be found around the clubhouse area, the condos, and behind the sports courts on Comrow Street. Street parking is NOT permitted. Important: Three (3) vehicle limit per driveway per Windsor Hills Resort rules. Parked vehicles may not obstruct sidewalk or be parked sideways. We are unable to assist should a vehicle be towed, and any parking violations will be billed to the credit card on file.
