This updated and very comfy first floor condo features a large living and dining area with modern stainless appliances and furniture. A bonus is a small work station with a copier/printer and a shredder for your convenience. This property is well maintained and cared for with you, the guest, in mind. Almost everything you need is there and major retail stores for groceries, gas, adult beverages, and restaurants are 2 miles away. Disney and Universal within 15-20 minutes and most other attractions are less than 90 minutes including Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, Tampa professional teams, and two beaches, Atlantic for surfing and the Gulf side for leisure. 5% off 7 days or longer. I'll start with the positive. The mattresses were very comfy, the space was good, the AC was nice and cold, there were plenty of towels, and the owners let us check in early. Unfortunately, a have quite a big list of negatives. First off, the minute we entered the condo, we were slammed in the face by a terrible smell. There were several air fresheners plugged in but it just added to the smell. I can only describe it as the smell of rotting potatoes. Then when we turned on the oven, we were blasted with the smell of burning plastic. Something had clearly been melted in the bottom of the oven and couldn't fully be cleaned. There were several dishes in the cupboard that weren't very clean. There was very little toilet paper and we had to go buy more. The bunkbed was falling apart and was duct taped together. Neither one of my children would sleep on it. The internet was very spotty at best. It took us 2 days to get the code for the pool and hot tub were dirty. We didn't end up using them. Remodeled is a stretch. A few things were updated. I hate giving negative reviews but I booked this specifically because it had excellent reviews. I guess I can't trust reviews anymore.

Deu tudo muito certo! Não tivemos problemas com a hospedagem. Casa confortável, dentro da proposta Para quem vai para Os parques da Universal (fomos nos primeiros dias), fica mais distante (cerca de 45min de carro). Para os parques da Disney, cerca de 20min De carro).

Spring Break 2025 Universal Studios

Great stay! Plenty of room for all 6 of us adults. 25 minutes from Universal Studios Orlando. Check in was easy and parking was good. Kitchen was great. Would stay here again.

The space was great, very clean. The being in the master could have been better, and most of the windows had broken blinds. Also, they were repairing the outside stairs right issue of the unit which was very loud early in the morning. I know that's not the owners fault, but notice would have been nice.

Had a great stay

- The house is incredibly well equipped, you really find everything there (kitchen, cleaning, maintenance, care, ...). They thought of everything, even babies (high chair and travel cot for example). There is also a lot of storage.- The collective parking space is very close, right in front of the house, which is equivalent to private parking in a detached house.- The house is large. There were 5 of us and we did not use all the bedrooms. The 2 bathrooms are very practical.- The front door unlocks with a code, which is modern and practical (no need to carry keys around or risk losing them), especially with children who can quickly slam the door and forget the keys inside. However, I hope that the code is renewed for each new tenant, otherwise it could be a security problem, because the additional key for the top deadbolt did not work (it did not fit in the lock, so we never used the second lock). - The reversible ventilation system is efficient (cools or heats very quickly, depending on the temperature). There is a damp and musty smell but I think it's normal for Floridian people, it's the same smell in hotels so I think it comes from the ventilation system.- The house is well located (near shops by car) and far enough from the main roads not to be bothered by the noise of cars.- In terms of improvement, please repair some blinds, living room and kitchen in particular. Some slats are missing and the others are fragile. And the vis-à-vis exists on the ground floor.

Close enough to be worth it

We enjoyed our stay here. Beds were great. We didn't stay in the condo much, too busy in the parks. Never took more than 15-20 minutes to get to the park. That was one of the biggest benefits for us.

Great place

Enjoyed staying here. The drive to Universal was not bad at all. And the beds were really comfortable. Nice clean place. Looks just like the photos. The host always answered questions in a timely manner and were really nice. I would definitely stay here again.
