The space
Our Windsor at Westside vacation home is a single-family home with a large private pool, outdoor kitchen and patio. This fantastic gated resort with an extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse, lake & pier, zero-entry resort-style pool complete with a waterslide, lazy river, and Kids’ water playground. The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness center, volleyball courts, and a sundry shop and video arcade. The ideal location offers easy access to the Disney World® theme parks via toll road 429. Also, close by are many dining and shopping options. clean, very relaxing and unique patio and pool area.


Our happy place is a independent house, features 6 bedrooms (sleeps 12 comfortably), 4.5 baths, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, private and screened Pool & Spa, pool deck with loungers, dining table and chairs.

Gas BBQ grill is provided at our house for a fee of $80 per stay. You will find it clean and with a full propane gas.

Please don’t wash dishes in the outdoor sink.


*POOL
The pool is cleaned once a week usually on Monday and it need to rest for a hour. The time to clean the pool may vary, according to the pool technician schedule for the day..
Please note: Kids might be very sensitive to chlorine. If you are not sure wait a little longer to swim.

Pool and Spa are always the same temperature. It is NOT a hot tub.

Pool and Spa are always the same temperature. However, when the jets are turned on while the pool heater is on, the spa will become a hot tub. (Jets are including in pool heater price)
Pool heat ($40 per night) is optional and available between November – April. If you would like to purchase pool heat, please let us know in advance as it can take up to 24 hours to be fully heated. Minimum 4 days purchase.
Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near freezing temperatures.
The pump have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.

Other things to note
This is a self-catered home; however, we do provide the following items for you to start with: 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 travel size soap bar in each bathroom, 1 paper towel, 2 trash bags, 1 travel size dishwasher bottle and sponge. For all your personal items and meal preparation needs, Walmart Super Center and Publix supermarket is 12 minutes away.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets, shower and pool towels will be available in the house. We don’t provide washcloths. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
